I liked the breakfast service, it was good. Some days were different but overall it was good. They also always make sure that it has plenty stock of food. I also like that there were a lot of options to eat, which is perfect for my friends that don't eat meat at all.

In the area, where other places are closed by 8:00 PM, I was hungry at late night, and the UberEats didn't offer much. Maybe the hotel can have vending machines where we can buy food instead of going to 7-11 next door.

I liked that it was perfectly located for the wedding I attended in downtown Benicia. Parking is plentiful and I was able to park by the closest entrance near my room. Front desk staff was very attentive, friendly, and informative. The free breakfast was decent too. Overall, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a standard hotel.

Just a small suggestion for the coffee in the free breakfast area to be a bit hotter.

This hotel had the ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast layout that I have ever seen!!!! So many options!! I'm normally not even a breakfast person! The staff was very friendly! And they have great pillows :)

The customer service during our stay was helpful, warm, and professional. We looked forward to the daily breakfast selections and appreciate that there is a variety of choices. The hot food is always fresh, and the other selections are many. The location is perfect and feels safe and looks clean and accommodating. I appreciate the lighting all during the night, as I have to walk my dog in the middle of the night. We have been here twice and will be returning.

Location was Benecia and we love the place, but area was off-season and cold/windy. We stay in Benicia to avoid the overpriced hotels in Palo Alto area while visiting Stanford Medical. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the facility is located uphill from the main throughfare, but directly across a parking area from a very busy freeway. Requested room location just behind the lobby and pretty quiet. Staff was excellent and very helpful....self-service coffee machine in lobby was pretty cool.

Nothing really...larger coffee cups and better coffee maker in rooms would be nice, but that's from a coffee addict's point of view and not very helpful.

The location is great, very close to the downtown area and the bay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all amazing. Nohemi does a great job with breakfast. There are many options to choose from.

The hallway smelled as if one of the other guests were smoking. I feel that there should be an elevator somewhere in the middle of the building for those who may have handicapped disabilities limiting their walking. It's not convenient for the elevator to be on one end of the hallway and your room to be way down the hallway.

Staff was nice, the room was decent, the pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast staff was amazing and attentive as well as very personable

Breakfast was not so good the eggs, we weren't sure if they were real eggs. Freeway noise was pretty load in the morning. I would get a room on the opposite side for sure.
