The staff is very friendly, the hotel and rooms are clean, and we like the location, very close to the freeway. A short drive into Pismo and SLO.

We were on the 3rd floor, close to the elevator and could smell the food that was being cooked in the buffet breakfast. The smell lingered a bit in the room. The AC stopped working on the 2nd day and they had to send a technitian to fix it. They don’t have a jacuzzi and the pool is very small and not heated.

Pretty sad that many people were exploited for more money just because a car show was in town. I get it more rooms booked means more staff but to increase your price feom a normal saturday of 291 to 492 is insane and to me outright unacceptable. you still woukd have made money because you still woukd have been sold out. Necer again will i ise hilton its the principal

Room was massive. Had fridge and desk in room. Hotel had a small gym and outside pool

The mattresses where rather lumpy. Of all the hotels we stayed in while in California this had beds that needed replacing. I was informed by the receptionist when we check in on Saturday that breakfast was served until 10am on Sunday morning. When I went along at 9.15am breakfast had finished. Breakfast is only served till 9am be warned! The receptionist did take off the costs of the breakfasts from the bill but I would rather have had breakfast. 9am is too early to finish especially at weekends!

Amazing staff made me fell right at home! They clean the room excessively which was a treat! More than any 5 star accommodations I have ever had! The staff are just a dream!! Amazing people really!! I would stay again based on the cleanliness and customer service alone!!

Nothing negative to report

Convenient to Beach access , to the freeway , room is clean , bathroom too and we like the dining room too . On renovation but it's alright , no noise disturbance noted .

When you open the bathroom door , it is blocking the sink area and no one can use the sink , or you can bump into another person . A sliding door to the bathroom will work better , won't be so crowded . The sink is not friendly user . Just my opinion .

The size of the rooms was a big plus.

By no means a awful experience but for Hilton I was a little surprised. I am writing this quick. Booking said breakfast included. Was told no that was incorrect at first but another front desk fixed our booking because it did include breakfast. Pool but no spa at this hotel. Like I said, not a bad place. Under construction currently.

The room was nice and clean and large. The grounds and place was well kept kinda modern decor. The only thing that was disappointing wS they wanted $12 if I ordered night before or $20 day of fir a simple continental breakfast . A little steep. Other than that th place was really nice

The hotel was really cute, and our room had a little patio area overlooking the pool. The car park wrapped round the hotel which made it very easy to unpack etc. The whole stay was chilled and exactly what we needed at the time, after a very long drive.

Nothing to dislike.

The location off the 101 near restaurants, and the outlets is perfect. Everything is nearby, and easy access for all your needs. The beach is less than a few miles away with drive. Love it.

I liked everything. It is the 4th time my wife and I got a room here at Hilton Garden Inn im SLO. Always a must to stay at a nice place.

Hilton always has great ass pillows man haha 😂 but location high on a mountain and you can scrape your car around the areas if you’re not careful. Ppl seemed cool we got there late had a quick stay just to see the sunset . On our way back up north we love pismo must try “beach in biscuits . Is more expensive then anything so that brings my review down . But if you wanna walk to the beach ,I wouldn’t wanna walk back up the hill 😂
