I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks ,from day 1 to the last day it was very welcoming gesture from all the stuffs ,specially Ram sir and faisal from the seevice desk ,it is a non smoking property and they have maintained the hygiene and air quality very efficiently , I liked the 24/7 front desk facility and the distance from the airport is very convienient ,they have given microwave and a mini freezer in every room

eveything is awesome in this hotel and this is best hotel near RDU airport for value for miney ,only thing they should maintain a small food kiosk and change the variety of their complimentary breakfast

The property is conveniently located to restaurants, a gas station, and is approximately 2 miles from RDU. Microtel Inn has a complementary airport shuttle running on the half hour starting at 4 AM. The property was immaculate, and my bed was wonderfully soft and supportive, which was a godsend for my cranky back. The staff are professional, polite, and helpful. I found Microtel Inn a great value, and I will definitely stay there again when my travels take me that way.

I didn’t see a channel guide for the TV in my room, but I was pretty tired and may have missed it.

The room was clean and quiet. The people were kind and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus! I stayed at the hotel on consecutive Saturdays, leaving my car there while I was away. The shuttle to the airport was a "must" for me and it was timely, clean and the driver courteous both times.

It was difficult to find TV channels that I would watch. The first time I stayed I inquired at the desk and was given a list of channels, which was very helpful.

Our stay in this hotel was nice. The location was very convenient since it was close to the airport, and the room was comfy and clean.

The only issue we encountered was that there was food left in the fridge, presumably from the previous guests, and it smelled bad, which made it unusable during our stay. It was kind of gross and definitely something that should have been taken care of before we checked in.

check in was smooth. Room was comfortable temperature and nicely quiet from other guests sounds. The room and the bathroom had delightful space for handicap device use...much nicer than many other similar motels (even of same company) which skimp on space to move around the beds, walls, and other furniture in the room.

Could be expected since it is "Airport" hotel, but the airline sounds were obvious many times. Handicap accessible room was good with a shower chair that fit inside the bathtub. However, the shower chair was extremely wobbly. Fortunately it had hand tightening grips to improve but not resolve the wobble. Recommend more attention by Staff to regularly check and tighten said bolts to improve safety for all. Another point: only ONE GRAB bar was in the bathroom. Recommend at least one additional be placed beside the commode and consider a 3rd grab bar in the room on a 2nd wall of the tub area.

The location is very close to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The hotel lobby has a good overhead TV and has a floor is paved in clean white tiles. Outside the front door is a place to clean off your boots. Raj and Ram were very helpful in answering my questions. They guided me to find a place to fix and tune up my car. The room was very clean, as well. Like another Wyndham hotel I stayed at, I was welcome to see a new, modern room, with iron, closet, safe, refrigerator, microwave, and an over-sized desk. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with bathtub was immaculate. The TV had cable with Spectrum TV, and the best part is that it had Willow TV, unlike other places I have stayed at. The free breakfast was OK. All in all, the room was reasonably priced.

There are only a few tables to eat the free breakfast in the lobby. The free breakfast was adequate but could be improved upon. With coffee, orange juice, refrigerated egg-sausage, yogurt, and do-it-yourself waffles, the variety is there, But there could be a little more to offer. The juice machine was not working well when I was there. The hotel does not have a gym or exercise room with weights or treadmill. Having one can be helpful for out-of-town cricket players or other athletes, as well as travellers. However, the reasonably priced room offsets these shortcomings.

How smooth the overall process was generally smooth and conveniently quick, great customer service rooms didn’t smell like mold or anything the bathroom was well conditioned and fine but for future reference give out the travel size shampoos and conditioners and more than one bar of small soaps please.

room was super clean and comfy, bathroom was clean too and I liked the window ledge seat but there wasn't really a view.

I didn't like that the staff told me there was breakfast until 10am but then it was over at 9am which is too early when you are on vacation. Also should have some protein source like boiled eggs at least. Either way, I expected breakfast and ended up having to get something at the Circle K next door which was fortunate to have that resource so close as there really was nothing else nearby. It is really close to the airport, but if your flight is not in the morning, you can't take advantage of the shuttle and if you arrive too early you also can't take advantage of the shuttle, but otherwise I think it's great that they do have a shuttle every 30 minutes.

! I read reviews about this hotel before I booked it and I can only speak for my experience. The hotel overall was very clean and smelled clean no smoking! I check my room I did not have any bugs and did not see any my entire stay, the bed linens we clean, pillow cases were clean, bathroom was cleaned very well and the hard wood floors were clean as well! I prefer hotels with hardwood floors. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very nice.
