The hotel is 3min away from the RDU airport, there is a gas station beside where you can just walk and by some snacks, drinks or goodies, on the other side there are few restaurants where you can go and have lunch or dinner. 15min away there is a mall and you can request an Uber to go to Downtown Raleigh or Cary. I went to Fenton in Cary and it was not so far. The rooms are ok and clean, it is just for a short stop before your next flight if you need to be close to the airport. They have shuttle service which was way comfortable for my suitacases.

The building is a little old and there are not any additional service such as a pool or a sauna.

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks ,from day 1 to the last day it was very welcoming gesture from all the stuffs ,specially Ram sir and faisal from the seevice desk ,it is a non smoking property and they have maintained the hygiene and air quality very efficiently , I liked the 24/7 front desk facility and the distance from the airport is very convienient ,they have given microwave and a mini freezer in every room

eveything is awesome in this hotel and this is best hotel near RDU airport for value for miney ,only thing they should maintain a small food kiosk and change the variety of their complimentary breakfast

The property is conveniently located to restaurants, a gas station, and is approximately 2 miles from RDU. Microtel Inn has a complementary airport shuttle running on the half hour starting at 4 AM. The property was immaculate, and my bed was wonderfully soft and supportive, which was a godsend for my cranky back. The staff are professional, polite, and helpful. I found Microtel Inn a great value, and I will definitely stay there again when my travels take me that way.

I didn’t see a channel guide for the TV in my room, but I was pretty tired and may have missed it.

The room was clean and quiet. The people were kind and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus! I stayed at the hotel on consecutive Saturdays, leaving my car there while I was away. The shuttle to the airport was a "must" for me and it was timely, clean and the driver courteous both times.

It was difficult to find TV channels that I would watch. The first time I stayed I inquired at the desk and was given a list of channels, which was very helpful.

Our stay in this hotel was nice. The location was very convenient since it was close to the airport, and the room was comfy and clean.

The only issue we encountered was that there was food left in the fridge, presumably from the previous guests, and it smelled bad, which made it unusable during our stay. It was kind of gross and definitely something that should have been taken care of before we checked in.

check in was smooth. Room was comfortable temperature and nicely quiet from other guests sounds. The room and the bathroom had delightful space for handicap device use...much nicer than many other similar motels (even of same company) which skimp on space to move around the beds, walls, and other furniture in the room.

Could be expected since it is "Airport" hotel, but the airline sounds were obvious many times. Handicap accessible room was good with a shower chair that fit inside the bathtub. However, the shower chair was extremely wobbly. Fortunately it had hand tightening grips to improve but not resolve the wobble. Recommend more attention by Staff to regularly check and tighten said bolts to improve safety for all. Another point: only ONE GRAB bar was in the bathroom. Recommend at least one additional be placed beside the commode and consider a 3rd grab bar in the room on a 2nd wall of the tub area.

Nice simple rooms for a great price. The front desk staff was helpful and a nice man. He helped me an my daughter get our bags to the shuttle. Which another nicety was the shuttle.

The bathroom had very minor cracks and damage but for me that’s not such a big deal. The hair dryer didn’t get hot which made it difficult for my daughter’s hair to dry.

We had a great stay here. it is more like a 4 star than a 2 star hotel for sure! Extremely clean and new, sheets and pillows smelled great, strong wifi, great free breakfast! Beautiful, green and serene spot. There is a Cuban and Chinese restaurant next door plus a gas station with store. I could just relax and chill out there a few nights, maybe next time!

Great location near RDU airport (5 min by car) with free shuttle every half hour 24 h. Great if you have an early flight. Breakfast is simple but good (coffee/muffin/beagle+cheese/corn flakes/juices/coffee). Moderate level of noise - you can hear the chat in the corridor, but it was quiet at night. All other - excellent.
