Fresh made breakfast.

TV service Our room was second floor but poolside, people were partying in the pool until 1:30 a.m. We changed rooms the next morning. The hotel charges an extra $100 for rooms booked through Booking.com but then are supposed to refund it after checkout if your room is okay. Can be up to 16 days to get the refund. This was a first for me

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The person who checked my husband in checked them into room 212 but gave them the key to room 209. They checked into room 209 because that's where the key fit. About and hour later some random person unlocked the door and walked in. My husband explained to the person who walked in that that was our room and he left, I assume to get another room. Late that evening we returned to our room from the airport and were unable to access our room. Husband had to go back downstairs and have the key reprogramed. A major pain when you are tired from traveling and have to run around extra.

I never had breakfast

The front desk staff person would not give me a copy of my bill, and I didn't recieve a copy from Booking.com. When I went to fuel up my truck at the Gas Station they regected my Depit Card, I contacted my Bank in Dickinson they said there was a chance of a fraudulent transaction by one or more parties.

I love this hotel. This is always my go to when I'm in Bismarck. I really like that the parking lot which is only used by hotel guests lot is located toward the back of the hotel and out of view from the highway which makes me feel more secure. It's nice and peaceful and my husband loves the big pool, it's actually one of the reasons why we come here. Overall I love this place and look forward to returning.

I loved the good hot breakfast, served very quickly. I also liked the availability of the pool, and the closeness of eating places nearvby.

The television did not work because the signal kept going out, so that I had to have it reset when I first arrived and did not have it working at all the morning before I checked out.

We like everything about staying here. We always get the suite with the spa and love that we can bring our fur baby. She is a big part of our life so to have with us is important

We try to get the same room always and this last time someone had really smoked in it and it was pretty bad plus the couch isn’t very clean. We look forward to the renovation

Room was nice, well laid-out, good amenities. Love the spa tub. I think soundproofing in the walls is good, we didn't hear any other guests in other rooms, I don't think anyone heard us since there were no complaints LOL! We'll be back.

Bedding/blankets were a bit minimal and thin, they left something to be desired. The spa tub needs a MUCH longer timer than 15 minutes, and it'd be great if the dial were easier to reach without having to get out. A towel hook on the wall next to the tub would be appropriate.

The young lady who worked the "Cook To Order Breakfast" was AWESOME!!! OMG! You have a great employee in her and you could do well to hire more like her! To be perfectly honest, I tried to Book DAYS INN for the rest of our Road Trip back to California! THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING STAY....Especially the Breakfast!!! Steve Brockman

The location and the indoor pool

The breakfast, it would be nice not to fill out a card (the cook got one of the cards incorrect) and for the breakfast to have more options with the hot breakfast

Everything was great with the room and all thank you guys for a comfortable stay

The lighting in the pool area could have been better but I can understand why it isn’t as well due to rooms being attached there, other than the lighting i think everything was honestly perfect
