We loved having coffee shop and Starbucks coffee in the hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful. Valet staff were the best always smiling welcoming offering water. Pool aria cozy and clean. We loved it all. I forgot my clothes in the room after check out, front desk told me on the phone they can mail it to me.

The only thing I would comment on it’s cleaning system. It was supposed to be every other day, which is already uncomfortable,because of the trash that stays in the room for 2.5 days. They gave us big trash bag, it was helpful, but stay in small room 4 ppl with huge bag of trash no fun, but it’s ok, we can handle. First 2 cleanings were like a clock, at the morning, on time, perfect. Last two wasn’t good. They came at 5:30pm when we just came from a day in the sea, we were sleeping already, they didn’t offer any towels or trash bags instead. I believe we had two different teams working while our 9 days stay and first was excellent, but other one not, sorry.

The view of the bay was beautiful! On our balcony, we were able to see the band in front of us and to the side were able to see the ocean in between two of the buildings, which is beautiful. They even saw dolphins at one point outside of our window, which my children truly enjoyed The staff which we need things is several times was always very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. Every staff member made a big difference even from the valet outside to the housekeepers. Would highly recommend!

The ocean view was nice and the size of the balcony. I liked the valet parking. It was walking distance to the beach.

It took a while to figure out where the microwave and refrigerator was. Eventually we found them in the odd shaped cupboard on the wall. Unfortunately you couldn't access the light switch behind it.

Great location and room with a view. We were surprised with an upgrade of room with a balcony upon arrival. Staff were very friendly. As our return flight was late in the evening and having an infant with us we requested for a late check out which was granted without hesitation. Appreciated that very much. Rooms were comfortable. Walking distance to all the happening places and beach . Lots of eating possibilities just close by. Valet parking staff were super efficient, organized and very helpful with luggage too. Thank you everyone.

Were taken by surprise that only valet parking is possible for $31 a night.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Clearwater Beach. The view from our balcony was amazing-we could see the marina and the gulf, and the rooftop bar is beautiful! The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The valet team is especially amazing-so fast! We will definitely consider staying here again.

The only issue we encountered was in our room when we checked in. There was no bar soap or washcloths. We had to ask for both of those things.

Should inform out of town people more about amenities and rentals in the area. Over priced drinks roof top patio not worth it

My disappointment was it stated the rooms had balcony and we did not get that and could not access the rooftop area

I didn't like having to pay for parking and then when I go out the facility on destinations had to pay for parking elsewhere. I felt this was double dipping. If my hotel provides parking as a guess I should not have to pay for this while staying there

Pool was dirty. Tiles showed dirt. Pool hrs only until dusk, would have liked to swim.in the evening

The location was great. Still close enough to the beach without having to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed that everything is in walking distance. We didn't have a car and nor do you really need one (especially since they will charge you $29 a day to keep a car there). Spent one day at the pool and enjoyed that they served food out there. My room was amazing with a view of the marina. Was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning on the balcony. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. Corey at the Front desk on overnights was amazing. However her last day was while I was there but when I fell Ill one night she was amazing in helping me out.

Would have preferred housekeeping services every day or at least every other day. Leaving the trash and used towels in the hallways for housekeeping to pick up isn't really okay. Pool needs more lounge chairs.

Every person we encountered on staff at the Marriott was unbelievably pleasant, accommodating, and courteous. Every. Single. Person. From the bartenders, to the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, each interaction was a pleasure! The level of service was unbelievable. The room was clean, the facilities were impeccable, the food was amazing, the Starbucks was a welcome addition, the amenities were spot-on and the staff even brought us wine and dessert in recognition of our honeymoon! The valet staff was great as well! We can’t wait to come back!!
