We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We did pay for a bay view, which we did not get, however they had upgraded our room to a suite which was great size. The room had Rituals body wash and shampoo/condition which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was very clean and tidy, and we found it easy to walk everywhere within the Brickell and Downtown area. To get further we used Uber.

There is parking but it was $30/day so we handed back the rental car and decided to walk and use Uber. The Gym was very small for the size of the hotel so felt cramped if more than 3 people using it at the same time. The staff at the front desk were also very slow to attend to us, even though there were 4 receptionists only 1 was checking in the guests. We paid for the bay view but were put in a room on the 2nd floor,parallel to the train line which was very noisy during the night, and there was no view. When I questioned this I was told that we had been upgraded to a suite, however I would have preferred a smaller room, with the bayview on a high floor as I had booked. They also didn't explain this to us when we checked in.

The most important item for me in a hotel is the bed. Lining and Mattresses are super smooth and comfortable. The hotel is also new, and it has a nice lobby with white palm trees and modern decor. Breakfast has some great options like a variety of breads: whole wheat, croissant, pastries, french bread and even biscuts. They also have greek yogurt, bowl of fruits, jams, honey, nutella, hummus, peanut butter spread and some cereal options. For the warm dishes: sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes.. The pool at the top is nice, and you can get sun pretty much from everywhere in a clear day.

From our room we could hear the elevators. Also, I found the security deposit unacessary, as most hotels just put the card on hold/on the system for potential extra charges.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern design with spacious, clean rooms. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Staff were generally helpful and check-in was smooth. The rooftop pool and gym were definite highlights, perfect for relaxing and staying active.

The breakfast options were quite limited for the price, and the cleaning service was inconsistent on some days. Additionally, it would’ve been helpful to have more family-friendly amenities or clearer communication about them at check-in.

The lobby is rather welcoming, and you truly get what you pay for. I would say that the view is quite nice!

The pool is rather small, which is absolutely understandable due to the size of its rooftop and Miami real. However, there was the smell of cannabis all throughout the rooftop. If you’re traveling in a large car, such as a sprinter, it is very difficult to find parking. The staff was quite kind, everyone had a smile on their face, but getting help for more serious questions was out of their area of expertise. It has been roughly a week and we are still waiting for our security deposit.

Nice, big and clean room, good location.Excellent breakfast- the best we have had in Florida. There was plenty of everything-fruit,cheese, pancakes, etc. I appreciate that we didn’t get plastic glasses and plates like in other hotels in Florida. Nice rooftop swimming pool. You can use public overnight parking nearby which costs less than official garage parking of the hotel. Nice area close to restaurants and shops in Brickell.

There are just few things that they can improve. We visited the rooftop swimming pool and at 7:20 in the morning there were some empty glasses and plates around the swimming pool . At breakfast there were dry carrots which didn’t look well . It would be better if there weren’t any carrots.

Almost perfect. The location was great. It’s super close to public transportation. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go for tours & things. It smelled amazing every time we walked in and the facilities were beautiful. Our room had a great view on the 11th floor, and slept like a baby in that bed. Housekeeping was great. Staff was nice enough, not chick-fil-a nice, but not rude.

I hated that there wasn’t a Netflix or YouTube app on the TV. I don’t travel with electronics, and there was nothing to watch in the evenings to relax. Also, more shelving on the empty wall in the bathroom would be appreciated for storage. There was nowhere designated to put all our toiletries. Also, very little amenities in the restroom. No complimentary tooth brush, toothpaste, conditioner etc. I like to use the free one after I’ve packed everything and leave on the last day. No door on the shower was also a little annoying. This hotel could be 10 stars if they didn’t skimp out on some basic things needed for a pleasant stay.

Location was good, beds were so comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Building work in the neighbouring plot with big cranes hovering over the rooftop pool, but that's beyond the hotel's control. High incidental holding on the credit card $100 per night. We had to call management to sort out a broken cabinet door, and change the shower hose and head as it was leaking beyond usable. However, they did fix the issues. Had a fire evacuation, and staff seemed clueless and people were still sitting in the lobby.

Location: within walking distance to Metro Mover station (Metro Mover is free), so we left our car in garage, and did not drive to downtown where to find parking is very hard. The staff, a tall colored male who was in charge for parking was very nice and helpful to explain how to use our parking ticket. He also gave us a useful tip to take a photo of our parking ticket just in case we lose it.

Some hotel guests who came back at late hours were talking very loudly in corridor. The shower glass door which is installed a halfway; we had to be very careful not to splash water or wet the outside of shower stall during taking shower. Since our room was located not so far from subway truck, we could hear train running.

Love the self-parking, let you avoid valet parking. You need to pay for parking but apparently this happens all the time so from all options this is convenient (: I got some package delivered to the hotel, no issues the stuff in reception and security was really nice

I would definitely recommend people to avoid eating in the hotel. I read breakfast wasn’t nice but for convenience I got breakfast my last day and definitely wasn’t fresh or nice and way too expensive. I didn’t even know why I paid 18% waiter service when is a buffet. Anyway it is just money but if someone wants to eat better there is way much better quality and cheaper options

My room was down two rooms from my family when I had requested on my reservations for us to have adjoining rooms. Other than that I was very satifisfied a beautiful view especially for New Years Eve we were able to see the Fireworks from all angles.

I am thinking with a hotel of that caliber they should at least have a shuttle for your guest to get to places around the area. Especially when we want to go out to eat, it will give someone of your country a job and they can also make money of the tips when they drive the guest. Food menu in the restaurant can be beefed up some and in buffet style. I have stayed in a Novotel Hotel in Dubai.
