Check in was quick and easy. Staff is friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

We had to pay for self parking and the parking lot is very ordinary. No security of any kind. What did we pay for?

Front desk young female who checkin was not knowledgeable. If not for "Islande", who stepped in; ckin would have been a disaster for me. Islande? Was Excellent! Later I called front desk, same young lady for microwave location? She transferred me to "accounting" VM. I later came down to desk & she was head down on her phone! Islande & all the Men were very courteous & helpful.

The none concerned, unknowledgable, unfocused young lady who checked me in.

The hotel is centrally located to the activities we enjoy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including Disney Springs, Wawa, Starbucks, and Publix. You’re very close to the Disney bubble. The staff is very friendly. The pizza from the bar is pretty good and cheese Danish from the coffee shop. Also, as a tea drinker, I was happy to see a nice assortment of teas.

Mold on the top tiles of bathroom shower and ceiling in shower. Maybe it was stained, I don't know 🤷‍♀️

Good location walkable to Disney Springs Reasonably quiet. Decent pool, we were visiting at the end of January so the sun did not hit poolside too often. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had booked a king-size but they weren't able to offer this on arrival but after negotiating the front desk offered us free breakfast for the entire stay

The only thing I'd consider unwelcome was that upon check-in, we were given room #739, and when my wife opened the door, there was a man naked in the bed. Fortunately, my 6-year-old daughter hadn't entered yet. I guess it wasn't the man's fault; it was a serious error in assigning the room, which was already occupied. That was pretty bad.

The room was very clean. The restaurant was ok. Food wasn't bad. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was not very good. The selection was very limited and not that tasty. I have never stayed at a hotel that i had to pay to park by the day. For what the room cost i thought that was ridiculous. We didn't even have a microwave in our room. Very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to heat up things for a family in a common area.

The staff are friendly and nice. The room is clean and the facilities are new. The breakfast was very good but it is boring to have the same options for 6 days, maybe they can include egg station where you can get Omelet, or other eggs options, maybe add cheese to their list.

i was in the hotel a month ago and till now I haven't received the refund of the room deposit amount (30$\day). Also the room has humidity smell. In addition, the minibar in the room doesn't freeze and it is not cold enough to keep food or sensitive medication. The maintenance personnel there checked it but said that this is its configuration. I asked my friend who stayed in another room to check their fridge and it was the same.

Though everything in the room is showing its age, everything was very clean and nice. Strong wifi. Staff are all great.

They advertise that they offer shuttles to the Disney parks, but that's only just barely true. There's one shuttle, and it leaves at something absurd like 10:50, and only goes to Epcot. It's clear that they just offer this so that they can say that they do, and then conspicuously leave out all the details here and on their website. Otherwise the place is probably overdue for a renovation, but it's nice enough. Beds are way too soft, but relatively comfortable if you're into that.

We enjoyed the room with two beds, a desk and mini-fridge. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to get drinks at the bar. The lobby and bar staff were so kind and super friendly. The hotel is close to Disney Springs but we used an Uber driver to get us there.

We didn't have enough time and wished we could have stayed longer at the hotel to enjoy the pool and other amenities.

Another fantastic stay, been here previously. Great location with Disney Springs within walking distance. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Bar has nice selection and decent prices. Highly recommend this property

Water pressure could be a little better, mainly notice with the toilets especially in higher floors
