Asked for and received a room facing Seaworld(for the kid), a hot breakfast was included and had lots of options! The room was clean, comfortable with plenty of toiletries. The property will charge you $15 per day to park!! They advertised walking distance to Seaworld but you will risk getting run over if you try to walk to the entrance of Seaworld... a shuttle is available certain times of the day!

$15 per day to park at the hotel!! The tub faucet was broken and would just spin around in a circle which made it very difficult to get the water to flow(rm 603)! The TV remote was difficult to navigate!

I was very happy about my stay. The staff especially lobby staff were helpful and even gave me tips on places to visit. The breakfast options were always plentiful and diverse, and requests were attended to immediately

Nothing - I requested a mini refrigerator and microwave and was happy to see both items in my room

Close to SeaWorld. The room has lots of storage and beds were comfortable. The person who checked us in was courteous.

The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet seat was loose. There was a hair on one of our pillows. We have stayed here many times and have always felt it was clean, this time not at all. We didn't even eat the breakfast this time. The hospitality industry as a whole is failing miserably.

The adjoining property has a bar. The bar was left unattended for over 45 minutes and then I brought it to the managers attention and all she could say was she had to deal with something else. Maybe they should consider a bartender on the weekend instead of having the manager on the bar.

Hotel staff, especially the front desk were amazing, very professional and so down to earth.

Having to pay for parking while people park in the hotel parking lot and cut through the back fence to go to Aquatica leaving no parking for guests.

Prompt maintenance service. Our AC was not working at check in. Within 1 hour of me calling front desk, maintenance replace the whole ac unit in our room. Breakfast bar was great and front desk attendant was friendly.

I understand that the hotel is dog friendly but I don’t think dogs should be allowed in the breakfast area. While the dog didn’t bother me, I could tell on a lot of faces it did. It can be difficult getting out to the main road in the evening due to high volume of traffic.

Very nice facility, roomy and ample seating areas for leisure and breakfast. Hot coffee and tea always available.The breakfast was very good and lots of options available. The staff was welcoming and accommodating when we had an issue with the refrigerator not worling it was fixed in 5 minutes, they brought a new one. Well done. The kid suite room was very nice and overall very comfortable. The Dove soaps were a huge bonus!

What happened to the cookies? Lol. The noise level was a bit much and we were woken up several times by doors slamming sounds, and people yelling. Very annoying, both late at night and then super early so a rough night of sleep. Just remember some ear plugs and you'll be fine. The lighting in the bathroom and general area is on the poor side, very dark.. Applying makeup was a bit difficult so plan accordingly.

The location was excellent! Super close to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica. Could have walked to Aquatica! Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance or short drive. The room was exactly as advertised/pictured. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was great and plentiful. Check-in was busy, and the staff was going solo, but she handled it like a PRO!

Water in the room took FOREVER to warm up. Waited 10 minutes for water to get hot. There are no vending machines for quick drink or snack at night. The pool bar was closed, which was a bummer - sat by the pool but couldn't get a snack or drink. No towels were available for the pool early in the day - pool had been open for a couple hours already and no one was there so not sure why there were no towels but front desk helped us out right away!

Comfortable beds, nice pool, friendly staff, decent breakfast (would have loved to see a little bit more fresh fruit) and pretty good location. Looking at the location on the map, it appeared to be right across the road from the hotel. Technically, it is, but you have to walk all the way around Seaworld to enter, so walking is not really ideal, especially with small children. They do, however, offer a shuttle service at certain times, which we took advantage of. A pretty quick walk to Aquatica and Discovery Cove. The deadbolt on our door malfunction the first day we were there, and when we entered the room to take a nap, the door never completely shut/locked due to the deadbolt popping out. When we woke up, we realized our door had been open the entire time. I went downstairs to Talk to the front desk (there was only one employee working at that time and unfortunately it was a pretty busy time for check-in’s, so I had to leave my room unattended/unlocked for around 20 minutes before they got to me). She immediately called maintenance, however, who came up to our room and fix the door within a few short minutes. We didn’t have any problems with the door after that. My favorite thing about this hotel, compared to many others that I’ve stayed at in recent years is that the air conditioner also has a button that you can push to keep the fan running constantly. My biggest complaint with staying in hotels is how horrible my sleep ends up being with an air conditioner that clicks on and off (often quite noisily) every 15 minutes or so. Just when you fall asleep, the fan pops on and wakes you up. 😩 There was none of that with this hotel and the beds/pillows are quite comfy! I would definitely stay here again.
