Nice, clean, comfortable

I do not like the fact that I had to pay to park my vehicle in the parking lot. Obviously, I didn’t walk to the hotel and a parking spot is necessary for me to stay at this hotel. It is absolutely ridiculous that a fee is added for something that should be a courtesy to the customer. I will never stay at this hotel again, simply because of the greed reflected by this fee.

Everything was very clean, the staff were nice. Was surprised at how nice the hotel was because the price was so good. I thought there would be some kind of catch. Nope everything was wonderful. Will definitely be chosing this hotel on future stays to Orlando!

Breakfast is great, although it was not free. Not sure of the cost as it was included in the cost of my room.

Charged for parking.

The location was perfect. It is right next to Orlando Vineland Premium outlets. You can walk there in 5 to 10 min. You can also take a free trolley right across from the outlet store and mcdonalds stop to go to the other outlet mall called international premium outlet. It is very close to walt disney. They have free stuttle to universal studios, disney and epic universe. The hotel is verry clean and new. It is very close to Mcdonals and Cheesecake factory. Also there is a strabucks and subway around it. In 5 min walk you can walk to a grocery store called Aldi. There is alsio Ross and Bloomington stores next It is a liitle bit far from downtown but there is no so much to do in downtown. But if you wanna go there you can taken an Uber.

Everything was good

I always enjoy staying at this Hilton when visiting Orlando! The location is unbeatable—close to the parks and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The pool was a perfect way to relax on our off days from Disney and Universal. It’s comfortable, convenient, and has become my go-to spot whenever I’m in town!

The only downside to our stay this time was the added parking fee, which we hadn’t been charged on previous visits. It was a bit of a surprise, but overall the stay was still great and the convenience of the location makes it worth it.

We really liked the location, it’s close to the theme parks and within walking distance to great restaurants and stores. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A big thank you to the cleaning staff and the handyman who helped replace our mini fridge, they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We also appreciated the lemon water in the lobby, such a thoughtful and refreshing treat after a long, hot day!

There was a visible stain on the sofa that looked like dried menstrual blood, which was off-putting. The rooms weren’t very soundproof we could hear footsteps and noise through the walls sometimes. Also, while the front desk staff weren’t particularly warm, they did respond to our requests, which we appreciated.

The hotel was in a convenient area. It was clean, it was quiet during the night and we felt safe. We liked the layout of our room. Our child slept on the pull out sofa in the living room area, and we had the bedroom. We liked that the sleeping areas were separated like this, and that she had her own tv, so she could watch her shows and we could watch ours on our side.

We did not like the pillows. They were too soft and not to our liking. We also did not like the fact that this hotel charges a fee to park a car. We felt like this was purely a money grab because this hotel is in a high tourist area, and is very greedy of the hotel, and any other establishments for that matter, that do this to their guests.

The suite was spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was quite nice. Dove products in the bathroom are great.

Paying for parking ($21+) always sucks, especially in a city that costs so much anyway. The same breakfast buffet you get free at Holiday Inn Express costs $16 each additional person, when you have more than two adults. There was nothing provided in the kitchenette besides water and coffee. Dish soap and a rag or sponge would have been great.

The room was very clean and you could see the marks left from cleaning the surfaces. The room was huge and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The sink drained properly as a lot of hotel sinks are usually backed up but this was not. Great breakfast options and they give you a free drink voucher. They have a restaurant and full bar which is convenient.

There was a door connecting the rooms that had to be locked and had a chair in front of it. There was no extra toilet paper and no complimentary toiletries. The receptionist when we checked in was nice but one of the breakfast staff was rude and got annoyed when my husband asked her questions. Also one of the blinds had something that looked like blood on the handle to move it. The sheets also smelled weird which was uncomfortable.

Love how welcoming the staff and the place it selfs it was with christmas decore and stuff! The breakfast 10/10 .. the room was super clean and comfortable for me and my family! We definitely are gonna stay again with them. I did have a situation where my husband forgot his phone on the property, and when housekeeping went to clean their room, they found it and the assistant manager Kyle reach out to me about it, and they are going to ship it to me since I live in Texas, I will have to say an excellent customer service exceeding expectations and beyond.

The water pressure on the shower was low is the only thing that me personally prefer to have a lot of pressure and enjoy a really hot shower after a long day of walking on Disney.
