Shuttle was fine and driver back to car rental station were both very good. Reception efficient. Breakfast was prompt for being setup, hot and ideal for what we wanted with cereal, fruit, cold meats, hot, toast/bagels etc/ juice, tea, coffee all being available. Room had everything we wanted for our short stay and perfect for a longer stay to self-cater if you wanted to. Good that there were a few eating/drinking places within a few minutes walk.

Whilst the shuttle was very good, we were unaware that we had to call the hotel once we got through the airport for them to come out. The room was now looking a little dated and tired, but everything worked.

Breakfast was good and the proximity to the airport was really great! Having a shuttle service to the airport was an added bonus.

We booked there because breakfast was included and free shuttle service was offered, the location was close to the airport. Booking a room at the last minute due to flight cancellation was easy. Mat the front desk clerk was very cheerful and polite. We were pleased with the close proximity and choice of restaurants in the area. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The quality of the shuttle service offered was not regulated, it was some ride share operation. The driver who drove us to the airport was not familiar with the departure area for the terminal and offered no help putting luggage in or taking it out. His car headlight was taped up from a collision of some sort. I didn't like the omelette or sausage patty, there were however lots of other choices. Yogourt and porridge was good and fresh fruit.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was roomy. The chairs for the table were comfortable. It had a full size refrigerator and full kitchen. The shower was easy to use. The couch was also comfortable. The breakfast was great.

There was no door on the sink portion of the bathroom which made it difficult to not wake my spouse when I had to get up early. The Air conditioning sounded like a jet engine when on Hi. But on low it would simply shut off. It appears half of the building was being renovated so I hope these shortcomings will be addressed when it comes to renovating this side.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the amenities in the suites are great. I also like the proximity to the airport.

The carpet on the third floor hallway was dirty and it was bunched up near the elevator, which can cause a safety hazard. When we first entered our suite, the floor of the shower was dirty with clear foot prints and the towels appeared to have been used (it was immediately cleaned when I spoke with someone from housekeeping). Additionally, my spouse was concerned about bugs that were crawling up the wall.

There was only one serving of coffee in the room and one creamer. There was something sprayed on the bathroom floor near the toilet. Most likely from spray cleaner but near a toilet you can’t help but think it’s worse. It made the whole room feel dirty. Carpet design made it look like there were thin and very worn spots in the carpet. Which also made it feel dirty. However, it was just the design.

The room was so spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The offer a shower mat, if you ask for it, which I have thought is often needed, bulit the shower was large with a dafety bar. Clean, too. Has a huge TV screen. The full kitchen is so convenient for longer stays. And, they offer a free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport and Brightline station.

The hotel was beautiful and smelled nice. It was located next to very decent restaurants. We ate at IHOP and Bonefish Grill. There were several restaurants. Very close to airport with free shuttle. Free Breakfast excellent. Three TVs in our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite.

The suite was slightly dated. Furniture getting older with damage. Sofa cushions collapse into frame. No washer/dryer. Could have been cleaner at baseboards, under soap holder on bath wall, repairs needed to secure toilet to floor, handgrip in shower.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet had real, hot, delicious food that appealed to most dietary needs. The location was such that we could walk or drive in under 5 minutes to various surrounding restaurants and shops. This will be my go-to whenever I travel to this location.

The only thing I saw that could be improved is the lighting in the commode section. It was a lowly lit

Anthony at the concierge was one of the most dedicated and hospitable front desk personnel I have ever encountered. He was so hospitable and understanding, despite the fact that I checked in very late and was scrambling to find a hotel room last minute. I cannot thank and recommend Anthony enough. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate my circumstances (my flight was re-booked to the following day on short notice and I had to find a hotel room ASAP).

There was nothing that I didn't like. I was appreciative of Anthony at the concierge and the shuttle bus driver that drove me to the airport. Both men were hospitable and friendly. My driver drove me to the airport at 4am on July 10th, 2023 - I can't recall his name, but he was awesome.
