Location to Aquatica and SeaWorld. The price and the Suite. Very clean and the free breakfast

Why do we have to pay for parking? That's very ridiculous!

My family and I loved this hotel, and I would like to stay here again. The location is great, and the breakfast is amazing with lots of options. They have Mickey waffles! My son had fun swimming in the pool, and we enjoyed drying off by the fire pit at night. The room was big with plenty of space for my husband and my son and I. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I especially liked the kitchen and full fridge.

The shuttle service was not so convenient because it only picks you up one time a day and drop you off one time a day. They do not have a direct service to Magic Kingdom. They have a direct service to Epcot, and you have to take the monorail to Magic Kingdom. We ended up taking an Uber for transportation. This hotel does charge for parking if you have a car.

I will definitely be staying here again. The room was very spacious. It was very cute. It was tidy. I like the vibes felt really comfortable. For Breakfast it was always American breakfast, I’m used to resorts breakfast in the Dominican Republic but it was good. We stayed here to go to Disney and outlets it was pretty close like 9 minutes to the outlets and 15 or 20 minutes to Disney There’s a CVS next to the hotel, a restaurant, seven eleven u can get there just walking, but I think most things were pretty close anyways

I wish they had more breakfast variety, for me it was ok but my parents don’t eat stuff like that so

$25 a day to park at a hotel? I paid $30 a day at Universal Studios. You need to reconsider that parking price. It should be $10 a day not $25. Disappointing

Very convenient location, close to Disney. Very friendly staff, very helpful, housekeeping was amazing. Pool was nice. Room was spacious and cozy, we had the 2 room queen suite and it was perfect for our 7 day stay.

Breakfast was included but it wasn’t that good, not a variety of choices and what was available didn’t taste very well to me. Also, I read a previous review about someone coming around trying to market while your attempting to enjoy your breakfast with your family. Well that also happen to me not once but twice, very annoying trying to sell you something while trying to enjoy breakfast just starting your morning.

Was excellent experience with our stay we highly recommend this location and staff is very friendly helpful and caring breakfast is very good and something in menu for everyone ones again our plan to stay in Hilton hotels as anytime we will travel specially and anywhere else in USA

Nothing we can say we don’t like it’s more then 5 star rated if we have more star to select we would have done that

The room was comfortable and clean

The staff. She told us that our checkout time is 7 AM??? We asked her like three times, and I told her that my booking said our checkout time was 11 AM. And when I asked about the pool, she told me the pool closed at 7 PM? But when she handed us the Wi-Fi details, it also showed that the pool closed at 10 PM. She doesn't know what she's doing.

Very good presentation when acknowledged by the staff very pleasant and professional room was tidy. Awesome breakfast as well as a very good decent gym.

One issue that I have was the bathroom where I have pictures and it obtained mold, which made it very displeasing and uncomfortable for me during the night. also, the hallways were extremely hot, where there was no AC functioning.

The room was very large and has everything you need to cook or make coffee or tea. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was good but didn't have much variety.

The air conditioning in the room was very cold and there were no instructions on how to operate it. After manipulating it a little we managed to understand how it worked. The staff was not very helpful in giving instructions on how to use public transportation or how to get to the parks.

I like the ability to enter through the building without having to go through the main lobby in and out very convenient.

I didn’t like the fact that the floor that I was staying on which was the seventh was very hot when you got out the elevator also, the ice machine wasn’t working, which I wish it was.
