The moment I arrived the experience was top notch. Johnny Took great care of us and our group as well as the another man at the front desk (I didn't get his name, has a beard and glasses) The room attendant/ inspector (I also failed to get her name) she really held everything to much higher standard. I manage hotels and the way I was treated by this woman really left me with a lasting impression. She was exceedingly friendly, she noticed I was looking for something and offered help. Towel exchange at the front desk, she made the exception for me and saved me time. I was blown away with every interaction. I have never been treated so well during a hotel stay. I hope she gets taken care of, I would pave the road in gold for her, finding someone with such a knack for customer service in that position is not easy. You did good Hyatt, Keep her happy! My son is autistic, the hotel pool is fully accessible and it was the highlight of our stay, he was safe in the pool and had the best time.

The elevator was slow. Waiting for the elevator was like watching paint dry.

The room was spacious and relatively clean, the hotel is located near a lot of stores, restaurants and of course 12-15 minutes from Disney by Uber which is really convenient! The staff was friendly despite having a lot of guests to take care of. The breakfast was great, it was a regular hotel breakfast. :) Ps: the hotel room photos don’t do it justice cause they’re screenshots from a video I took but the room was beautiful and spacious!

I wouldn’t recommend drinking the bathroom’s tap water as it tastes really bitter and gave me a stomachache for the following days. The coffee machine was also dysfunctional so we needed to ask for a new one. The mugs weren’t very clean so I didn’t really feel like drinking from them. Where I’m from the housekeeping is everyday but here they did it twice during our 4 days stay but it does say on their welcome paper that it’s done every other day so that’s to be expected.

The room was absolutely huge, it was shocking and my kiddos had lots of space to play. The breakfast was better than any other free breakfast we have ever had and there were a ton of places to sit for breakfast which was nice. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. We will be back.

I asked for a crib twice and didn’t get it but I think they were just busy and forgot. We did fine. Also, the shower could use a little update but it was fine. That just happened to be the one thing I was less thrilled about but I’ve been in far worse.

I love the closest of the property to all of the attractions. Very cleanly facilities. Anelle was super friendly, very attentive, very knowledgeable and amazing customer service skills. She is the reason why I read the property at 10 out of 10 and I think she needs a shout out for all the great work she does to uphold the Hyatt standard that I’m used to.

Not much just some of the fees associated was kinda high for example, parking should be free as the parking lot is always in empty, The price per package from online is a bit much too. However, still an all around great experience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job each day. While the building shows some age, the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. If you're looking for great service and cleanliness, this is a wonderful choice.

While my stay was generally pleasant, the hotel does show its age. The decor feels outdated. The facilities could use a modern touch, as the amenities don't quite match up to more contemporary hotels in the area. Despite the excellent service and cleanliness, the hotel's old infrastructure was a bit of a drawback. With some renovations, it could be much more appealing.

Easy to find Parking, check in and that they have a Starbucks coffee inside the hotel the pool was amazing I wish it could have been heated since my stay the temperature was a little chili.

The doors were a little damage from the bottom that it made a loud sound when the open all the way thru the sheets from the sofa bed were not clean. The Bathroom trashcan was to small and the shower clogged of water when in use it took a long time for the water to go down. There were no usb ports in the room. And when tried to use the phone in the room for guest service the cable line was damage so the phone will not allow me to make a call

The property was at a good location!! Definitely worth it. Disney Springs was like 15 minutes (depending traffic), a few awesome restaurants near by (literally Walking distance) and the outlet about 10 minutes away!! The rooms were comfortable and clean!! I had a room at the 6th floor with my family :).

Breakfast could be worked a little better, more options and kept watch because something’s ran out quick and waited forever to come but really everything was great!! Elevator also can be worked on, took a while to get up and down lol

Shuttle service was terrible. We planned on using it to get to the Disney parks each day, but when we arrived we were told they only run twice a day: 9:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Total joke and felt like false advertising as I can't imagine who would use the shuttle service to arrive 2 hours late and leave 2 hours early every day. Plan on an extra $25 a day for parking

It was beautiful and clean. We booked a family room with 2 queen beds, a pull-out sofa, and bunk beds. When we arrived they gave us the keys to our room but didn’t advise us that they only had a king available. When we came back downstairs they apologized and said they didn’t have the queens available at all and were booked for the night. They were willing to refund us completely or accommodate us as much as possible for our stay. We had 3 adults and 3 children so having the extra bed was important for us. They also did not have any roll-away beds either. We looked around for another hotel but they were all only 2 queens and a pull-out sofa so we decided to make this room work. We put 2 adults in the king, one adult in the bottom bunk, 2 kids in the top bunk and 1 kid on the pull-out. (The girls insisted on sharing the top bunk). Again, we made it work but it wasn’t super comfortable. The guy that helped us at the front desk was very kind and gave us free parking and contacted his manager and got us $40 off for both nights we stayed. I was happy with this. One of the adults in our party decided to leave the next day and drive back home due to not having a decent bed so that was a little upsetting but it all worked out. Overall, the staff was very kind, the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the water got very hot (but the pressure could have been better), the pool was very nice and they had a great breakfast option. Other than them not having the room I originally booked I honestly had no complaints and would stay here again.

Comfy bed. Didn't appear dated. (Hall carpet had some separation) price was right. Plenty of parking.

The breakfast wasn't hot 😞. It was good as a free breakfast goes by all means but the bar was just hot. Squeaky hvac system to but not overly loud that it warranted making a big deal about. We let management know about both issues and they were responsive. We did not expect any kind of compensation for the issue nor did we ask for any. Otherwise all was good
