I had an excellent experience during my stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The location is perfect, the staff communication was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. A special mention goes to the exceptional service I received when I was mistakenly charged a “No Show” fee for a booking that did not exist. The Duty Manager handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, immediately taking action to investigate and process a refund. This prompt resolution and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Orlando for anyone visiting the city — the combination of great location, warm hospitality, and excellent service makes it my top choice for future stays.

We were there for a conference. The conference center was connected via an airbridge. So convenient! The room had a pool view and we liked it so much. The lifts have never been crowded. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was served in a restaurant (B-line) so it was not an open buffet, we could choose only one starter and one drink free in the breakfast included reservation. Some of the restaurant staff was nice but the rest was not so friendly. The beds were so soft that you sink in. I didn't like it. The pillows were too soft. Altought it was march and the weather was not that hot, since there was no way to let the humid go out of the room, the towles never got dry.

Hotel was superb. The market cafe was excellent, although food and drink were expensive. This seemed to be the case throughout Orlando. Prices are much higher than previous years. Hotel was beautiful, we had a beautiful suite in Tower 2 after being moved from a suite in Tower 1 which was noisy (AC) and which had hardly any wardrobe space for 3 of us. Reception very kindly moved us immediately upon our request after check in.

A huge dance convention ‘took over ‘ the hotel pools, cafe and facilities as literally hundreds of dancers descended upon the hotel for Easter Bank Holiday weekend. There was not an inch of space around the pools and there were massive queues at breakfast , however things settled down after they left.

Room was very spacious and was appropriate for our needs. We found comfortable beds and large bathroom and lots of clean towels and even had all of the basics. Body wash, Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower cap, and Body Lotion.

No microwave in the room. Could have been a great convenience for me as my very busy schedule made it difficult for me to eat on my normal meal schedule. Often had to bring food to the room to have time to eat it. Ate a lot of cold food. Hotel is very large. almost think it would be great to have an in house shuttle for those with limited mobility. Scooter was not the best option for many.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was because it was attached to the convention center that I was having an event at. Also they had many options for eating and the pools was nice to attend to.

The room at first glance was very nice and clean, but after getting settled in we found stuff on the pillows that wasn't ours and there was trash under nightstands. It was meet with the staff coming up and taking care of it. The other thing is the shower curtain doesn't keep water from getting all over the floor. It was flooded everytime we took a shower.

Excellent location. Lots to do on property. Close to other activities. Lots of Dining options. Beautiful beach access. Live music at night was nice. Room was large and the suite was perfect!

A little difficult to find things around the property at first. The maps given need updated. The parking is a bit weird. They don’t take cash. That really frustrated me to be in America and not be able to use American money. The pools were okay but left room to be desired. Hallways and stuff could use some updating and cleaning. Our sliding door was very hard to open but wasn’t a deal breaker. The AC worked great in half the sweet, and air didn’t cross over to the other side very well.

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Same this time. Everything worked out just fine. This is a huge conference hotel and I was for business. Car park is in a separate building, whereto you can walk under an outdoor canopy sheltered from possible rain, but try to leave your heavy luggages at hotel before parking. Room in our case was a U-shape setting, where you first enter bathroom & coffee-maker-area, then working corner and around the corner the bedroom-area. In the middle a narrow view to pool area, which actually is not the pool area that you expected - there are two separate pool areas, which was great if you had had time for those. Room was clean and silent. Nothing luxurious or fancy, though.

There were some eight restaurants, but at the end in the morning rush they dissolved to just one, which was busy and somewhat crowded. If you did not want to wait for your cup of coffee, you could pick it up from in-house-shop, which was mosts number one choice. Would have expected faster buffet-type of a breakfast setting, where you could have picked what you need faster. Now you had to order from a list and wait. No berries or salmon or fresh fruit. Have to write it in here: In Europe, we just walk to the hotel breakfast area, say the room number and take everything from buffet - including coffee and juice. Nothing to wait for before or after. Fast and effective.

Reception was very welcoming, the lobby and rooms are really clean and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room on the 22nd floor and the views were great, nothing special but cool, especially at night. Would stay again. This hotel is ideal if using the local conference facilities.

Room service was slightly rude. I had sourdough missing from my order and when I called, I was told they didn’t have any (should have been told on delivery) and when I asked for some toast, I was told they didn’t have any. When challenged if there was any bread, they miraculously had sourdough. The lady on the phone was quite short. However the lady who delivered the food was very polite and apologised.

Location, amenities and the staff are top tier. My son and I take this trip every year for his Spring break. Our room wasn’t ready, so we were given another room in its place. The substitute room had an odor to it. Gigi(PR) the customer service rep was AMAZING!!! She exemplified what it means to be a professional problem solver. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 plus years and Gigi is the real deal.

This was our 2nd time staying here! Parking location was great, nice and close and felt safe walking in and out from the hotel. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time there! The room was perfect for our needs. We were in town for iCast so it was extremely convenient to travel back and forth. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and tidy! Thank you Hyatt Regency!

There was nothing we were disappointed with, we loved our stay!
