This hotel is located inside the Orlando International Airport, which is without a doubt the best location to stay when you have a late night arrival or an early morning departure (i.e., you don’t have to do a shuttle or hire a taxi to get to or from an off-site “airport” hotel). Our plane was 3 hours late so we arrived around 2am and were immediately upgraded to a room with a view of the runway. The room was very clean and well designed. The lighting was especially good—when you get out of bed in the middle of the night a discrete, low wattage lights come on from underneath the bed so you can easily see to walk to the bathroom, where another discrete light turns on over the sink. So much better than blindly trying to find the right light switch in the middle of the night. While I’m not a big fan of buffets, the breakfast buffet was very good. All in all, a great experience.

Convenient when taking an early flight. Your right there and you don’t have to rush.

Everything! The convenience of being in the airport. The level of security and comfort of knowing no one without card access can get to the rooms. Room service was top tier! Staff very helpful. Housekeeping very sweet as well very helping when it came to finding our room. They literally stopped what they were doing to help us find it. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended. The pool is beyond beautiful and relaxing tons of seating.

Couldn't get access to the indoor balcony in our room. The outside rooms have access to look over the pool and airport.

Convenient location, spacious room

A restaurant on the premises was supposed to provide room service. First we couldn’t successfully call them with the phone in the room. We eventually called via cell phone. We were encouraged to come pick it up ourselves, which defeats the purpose. Not only they messed up the content of our order, but also food was not good. The stake wasn’t properly cooked, the portions were very small. On top of that, they gave us white wine instead of red. But we didn’t want to even call and complain because right after I picked up the food, they called to ask why I didn’t tip them. Why should I for takeout?! It was very inappropriate.

Loved the room furnishings, large TV, coffee and tea in the room. Nice condition bathroom. Great room view of the terminal. Hotel restaurant was nice with large TV's and comfortable large chairs. Food and drinks were good, waitress was super nice and full of info on the hotel and airport. Location of course is perfect for very early morning flights.

We had noise in the air conditioning/heat system all night long. Kept us awake. We did call the front desk, they sent an engineer who said it's an actuator that is slowly opening and it should stop. It didnt though, as we were sleeping, it began to happen again several times.

Guest service gentleman very informative and helpful. The gentleman that brought the wheelchair and luggage cart was very prompt and pleasant! He took us to Breeze booking! Awesome! Made it more relaxed and stress free!

We arrived at 3:00 and check in was 4. They said the handicap room wasn’t ready, but wouldn’t take long. After an hour I went to the desk to see how much longer. Still not ready. I told the Gentleman my husband wasn’t able to wait any longer, just give us any room. He did find a room near the elevator and gave us the keys immediately.

At airport. Ease of catching shuttle to cruise ship

This hotel is very well located (inside the Orlando Airport Terminal - not just "close to the airport") and was better than we expected. The room was clear and clean, the TV is giant and there was no noise from airport operations. It is also important to highlight the front desk team, that is well prepared and was able to handle our check-in in a few minutes, even considering the line was not so small. If you are departing from Orlando airport early in the morning, or arriving late at night, this is the best place you can choose.

The only improvement opportunity refers to the elevators, that are slow, resulting in a line to go to the rooms (but htis appears to be a Orlando Airoport structure, shared by Hyatt)

When your flight is cancelled, this is a great option. Within the airport, you can freely move between the hotel and terminal - except the floors with room which are only accessible by using a keycard. Rooms are exactly what you would expect, simple tea and coffee setup, usual array of toiletries with towels and an ironing board. Comfortable king bed and the pull out sofa bed is a decent double. Breakfast is all you can eat or a few select choices.

Only real issue was dinner - although a group of 12, the restaurant was not busy but food was a little slow in coming. Biggest issue was a group member being served dinner containing an allergen we had made them aware of. To give credit, the chef came out and apologised (seems the message hadn't reached him) and created a bespoke meal for the individual. If you get a room facing into the terminal it can be a little noisy late at night and early morning.

Definitely the way to go if you are flying out early from MCO -especially with kids. Was a gift to wake up right at the terminal. The pool and view of the runway were added bonuses as well as having all the shopping and food options to make the last evening of our trip to the US amazing. Hotel room itself was also very nice and comfortable and included water and coffee and clear fridge was very appreciated. Staff was very nice and accommodating and helpful to my kids. Truly appreciated!

A clothes line for our wet swimsuits the night before our flight would have been helpful but we made do. Kids also wished the balcony wasn’t locked but we understand there must be a safety regulation for the airport. Luggage drop off and rental car return was a bit clunky because of full parking deck and the round about roads at the airport and because I was traveling alone with three kids- but we got it done
