As frequent visitors from the UK to the Orlando area, my family and I have stayed at Cypress Harbour Villas a total of four times over our nine visits to the area. The resort grounds are like a green oasis—lush, tranquil, and impeccably maintained. It's always a delight to stroll through the beautiful landscapes or simply relax on the sun loungers by the pool. Speaking of pools, they are perfect for days when we want to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. We’ve never had a problem finding a spot, as the area never seems overly crowded, which is a huge bonus. Accommodation at Cypress Harbour is spacious and well-equipped, with ample room for our family to spread out comfortably. The villas feels like a home away from home, with thoughtful details and a level of care that’s hard to find elsewhere. The resort also provides plenty of recreational activities, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. What truly sets this resort apart for us is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels looked after. It’s this personal touch that keeps us coming back year after year. The whole resort is spotless, and we always feel like we’re in a place that values cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The location is also ideal for our trips to Disney. Just a quick 15-minute drive from the parks, it’s incredibly convenient for those long days of fun and excitement. Plus, there’s a Publix supermarket nearby, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks, drinks, or any essentials we might need during our stay. While there aren’t many dining options on-site, there are plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away, so you’re never short on choices. To address one small concern that some might have, there is construction happening at neighboring resorts. While we could see it from our balcony, it didn’t bother us at all.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The villa was spacious, warm, clean, well equipped and elegantly furnished. Every detail from the amenities to the service reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. The facilities, including the pool and the activities were outstanding, and the location was ideal. Also booked all parks tickets from their concierge with good price and additional discounts. This stay was not just comfortable, it was remarkable and will stay in our memory forever.

Honestly, nothing. It was a flawless experience from start to finish.

The villa was perfect and the location was convenient to Disney and Universal. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The gym has everything you need to workout on vacation. Having multiple pools helped keep the traffic down even though it is still hard to get a chair poolside during the day. The food at the restaurant was good for what you pay for.

Literally my only complaints were the crappy toilet paper (bring your own!) and that the pool closed every time there was lightning (I know this is typical but still a pain when that’s literally the only thing your kid wants to do on vacation).

Nice setting, quiet and nice landscaping.

For a two bed which should cater for a family, the bed set up wasn't great. Would have preferred two doubles in the kids room, instead one bed and a fold out which was too tight for the size of the room. Really unhappy with having to pay $25 per night for parking. We have stayed with Marriott over 25 times and we are very loyal. I don't mind paying and getting something in return, but this new parking charge feels like money for nothing. It will put me off staying with Marriott in the future!!! It was difficult to find space by the pool. We usually stay in Marriott's Harbour Lake and you can access sporting facilities when they are available, Cypress Harbour required that you book pickleball in advance, so when we wanted to book, it wasn't available, yet no one was using it.

Spaciousness of our 2 bedroom villa & screened in patio was great. It came with a washer/dryer, coffee pot, dishwasher and the supplies needed to use those appliances. Lots of activities, ie swimming, blaster boats, pontoon boat to get from one side of the resort to the other. If you wanted a golf cart ride to give you a lift back to your room it was available. Plus all the other activities from a 6 hole mini golf range, basketball, ping pong, shuffle board and the mid week show at the main pool just to name a few. Also appreciated the 3 housekeeping days we received for our 1 week stay. All the staff were amazing.

Our room was located near the elevator, which you could hear in one of our bedrooms making it difficult for getting a really good nights rest.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The room was cleaned every two days. Facilities inside the room were great, from the fitted kitchen with everything you might need, to the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was roomy and each of the two bedrooms had a large bathroom. The two pools were large, clean and both had lifeguards. There were loads of chairs and loungers. Activities were ongoing all day.

The only thing that we would have liked to have was more restaurant facilities. There is a small shop with the possibility to buy coffee and a shack at the pool to buy some fast-style foods but no-where really to sit and eat a meal.

Great facilities, spotlessly clean, welcoming staff, easy to navigate. Warm pools even at night!

Rooms a little dated but very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful property with lots of recreation options right there. I love the manmade lake the property is centered around and that you can take a free shuttle boat across it and rent all sorts of paddle, peddle, or electric boat options to have fun on it yourself. Having the pools all in close vicinity to the lake is nice as well. On site food purchase available til 10pm is also nice. Just a very beautiful, well laid out property.

Nothing really. Of course they have the timeshare people right on site that you have to visit when checking in to get your parking pass. They really push for you to sit through a timeshare presentation but they were still friendly and pleasant about it. We have no interest in that at all so we politely but firmly declined but you can get some decent perks if you’re willing to sit through a sales pitch. We’ve been there and done that many times at other resorts and weren’t interested in doing it again. Most be aware it’s there.

We have stayed at this property about 4/5 times and it is the only place in Florida I would spend my time. Nicest property I have ever stayed at. Exceptional - nothing bad to stay. We will be back 🥰

Great location near - near shops, theme parks (by car) and outlets. Very close to a water park and sea world. So clean and so well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Peaceful and safe. Gorgeous grounds and surrounding area.

Facilities and room were exceptional

One thing I did not like was how staff didn’t bother much with my pre check-in request of staying in a lake view villa, as they claimed they never received such a request although it was communicated to them through Booking.com. So they assigned me to another villa distant from the lake and didn’t bother much about how disappointing this was to myself and my family.
