The location is excellent and close to all attractions, stores, fast food & restaurants. The staff was great and the grounds and lobby area are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is separated into 2 rooms which is a big time saver. Shower and sink in one room and toilet and sink in a separate room. The breakfast is a typical carb fest breakfast with no real selection of fresh fruits but there is yogurt, milk and eggs. If you’re looking for a base outside of the Disney properties this is a great value choice.

Unfortunately for the time of our stay there were some young men that just hung around the hotel exits smoking weed every night and acting suspicious in the parking lot areas. Also parking is an additional $18/night which in my opinion should be included for hotel guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem….. in a great area with great walkability. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity, as well as two drug stores, and a Publix. The iride Trolley has a stop here as well. It’s a great sized hotel, never feeling overcrowded like many. The free breakfast is great, as well as the free shuttles. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. I’ve stayed here three times now, and will definitely be back!

They charge for bottled water, the frig did not work in the room, the $18 fee for parking and the parking is confusing. Only a few spots near entrance.

Pool was great, good breakfast, very clean, very friendly staff. Got the opportunity to see that staff having a TEAM meeting - being a business owner I love to see the team work.

There were extra charges that where not stated in bookings. This is unacceptable.

It was a good stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The property was clean and taken care, but you could just tell that there were certain aspects around the hotel that were dated and need love or repairs. The breakfast included is always a nice touch.

The hot tub jets were not working and it would get really dirty on the top of the water, so I would skim it every night before using it. I was also hoping for a little better menu at the outdoor bar. Not asking for a huge menu, but there wasn't a single seafood item like a shrimp taco or anything at a poolside bar in a tourism city.

Place is near from sea world and aquatica International drive street is the main and attractive street Free shuttles arranged by 3rd part I drive trolley affordable shuttle each half an hour. Room is big enough We stay 10 days were fantastic and fun Hotel is guarded and safe for tourists Breakfast is simple Rooms cleaners and engineers are friendly.

Staff don't know much english but receptionists were native and english fluent. Cleaning day after day not every day. Cash not acceptable only card and untill now refunds for 300$ deposit not done. Kettle not there but we mange with coffee machine. Water not free you have to buy your own daily use.

The hotel was clean and has an excellent location. Personnel all were courteous and friendly. I'm happy to help always. From the elevator to our room, everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Bathroom Clean, shower was great! Hot water hot!!! Ac, great no noise. Bed is very comfortable, my main concern. No noise as we slept. breakfast was very enjoyable. Good selection. Coffee was great. All in all, we will come back! Parking was ample and well lit. Close to Seaworld. Many restaurants to go without driving too much. Felt safe. Thank you!

Spacious Room, big bathroom, big parking lot spaces, comfortable bed and mini fridge.

Same daily breakfast menu, no variety and those eggs could improve to be real ones. Breakfast should be extended at least an hour. It is until 9:30am. Only one type of Coffee offered by the hotel except for the paid Starbucks available, too blonde/soft coffee almost taste like water (incuding the starbucks one in the lobby). A medium roast option could be a great option. Also, Housekeeping is not offered daily. We stayed 6 nights and 7 days, and housekeeping came 2 times only (a third one for the 6th day to remove sone towels and bathroon trash only. Towels are stained and ready to be changed for new.
