Many thanks for the service at the reception, the ability to solve and understand the needs that arose during my stay. The gentleman Sergio and the other gentleman were very attentive and very polite, they were very dedicated and helpful to me always. Thank you for allowing me to change rooms when I requested it, I really enjoyed being there. I will highly recommend this hotel, it is great.

Check that the bathrooms are clean, check that the walls are really clean, washed with soap and water. I love this hotel, just this detail, more cleanliness in the bathrooms. The walls had an orange color like an orange jelly in some areas of the wall, it was dirty, it was not washed with soap, they only wiped it with a cloth and that is not cleaning #229.

Very spacious room and very well isolated from the outside. Jabari at the front desk is very friendly

The staff in the breakfast area could be more friendly, there was 15 minutes left until closing and a guest asked if there were more eggs, the employee very rudely answered no, the man told her that there were still 15 minutes left and she responded " "I said no more eggs for today." If you are going to use the pool, contact the hotel beforehand because apparently the heating has been damaged for months.

The maid in room #320 knocked on the door at 10:27 am and insisted that I had to leave because she was going to clean. I was still naked in bed and had to rush out to get dressed and leave because she said so. I felt bad because it was really an abuse. Check out is at 11 am and she unfairly rushed me.

It's a shame that the pool was cold during the 9 days of our stay. The breakfast could be more varied and the employees in this area were a little more friendly. It is not a good hotel if you go with children

Exceptional service. One employee in particular, Daniel, at the Reception Desk provided trully exceptional service. We believe Residence Inn Ocean Front by Marriott is really privileged to have him on board.

Everything was great and exceptional customer service was very much appreciated.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Pool area needed some maintenance. Parking lot had garbage laying around. A side door was broken and unlocked all day, for all 5 dayswe were there. Questionable people hanging around lobby and parking lot.

No plain black tea for breakfast, very disappointing, while they did have several flavored teas, I enjoy a regular black tea for breakfast. Also bacon was barely cooked, still white. gross

The room was great, clean with a full kitchen.

The breakfast was horrible. No fresh fruit. No cream cheese for the bagels. Orange juice tasted like water. The eggs were tasteless. The bacon was paper thin and over cooked. The tables were not being cleaned between guests.

everything from the ameneties cleanliness to the staff was awesome,freindly and very professional especially shantel who was one of the most sharp courteous professional eomployee’s that i have seen in while in any service industry estamblishment or hotel,great job realy.
