The hotel was nice and clean! The cleaning lady that worked our room was so nice and accommodating. The manager Mike was really nice

I didn't like that the pool was closed, that was one of the main reasons why I chose that hotel for my six year old son to have something to do. I feel that they should have updated or put a note of their site about the closure. The other was apparently a language barrier. I asked the front desk clerk for an extra luggage rack for my son's suitcase and she gave me towels. She didn't understand.

wife needed surgery at Northside hospital. this was a very convenient location and super clean. staff was excellent.

I couldn't figure out the waffle maker and it kept beeping at me but this was entirely my fault because I didn't read the instructions. front desk helped me and i bashfully ate my delicious waffle. remember to rotate it people. 😆 also it looked like somebody had taken a bite out of the faux fruit basket and that made me and my wife laugh.

I have stayed here before and keep coming back because the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the free breakfast is better than what you often find at hotels that are more budget-priced. Check in is always quick and easy. Check out is very simple with their contactless check out process.

The fitness room didn't have wipes for the equipment. That is a minor point, but I think they should attend to that.

The owner and staff of this property are all amazingly friendly warm professional and supportive. This includes the cleaning staff too who do such an amazing job to satisfy their customers. It does not feel like a hotel, it feels somewhat like a second home, given the fact I was travelling from another country. Mike Patel (General Manager) and Brumi Patel are phenomenal honestly. You can tell they genuinely love providing great hospitality and ensuring that their customers receive quality service during short & long haul. Summary of my hotel stay: I initially arrived to this hotel last year and their service was beyond expectations upon arrival and during stay. This time, they reminded me again and provided a VIP service which was sweet of them. Room: I was given the pleasure to stay in a King Suite and honestly it’s lovely and spacious. I absolutely love it. The king suite has a long sofa, single sofa, office desk and chair, lovely Phillips TV with HDMI input which is the BEST feature. Shows how the manager’s knowledge around smart TVs because let’s be honest, no one watches regular channels. The shower is clean and provides great consistent hot and cold water. Bed is spacious and comfy. They have good enough working outlet plugs which is good. The room has a small fridge and microwave. If you are staying long haul understand that the fridge will not hold a lot of food. I recommend you get finger food snacks and one big carton of juice will fit in there. Overall lovely spacious clean and comfortable room. Cleanliness: Room is clean and the cleaning staff like Claudia and the others are just so friendly and warm. Very hardworking too. You receive good room cleaning service. Sheets and towels always clean. The hotel in general is clean which is the most important service you need in a hotel. Breakfast: Hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices. Continental and hot breakfast. Sausages / strip bacon / Cheese Eggs or scrambled / potatoes.

It was very quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. Great shower head with plenty of hot water.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant when checking in but seemed to be exhausted and not very nice when checking out two days later. She seemed to be the only one for the front desk.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and centrally located with many food places and movie theaters around within walking distance. I will stay here when I return.

Safety and a clean environment are the most important things for me, and this place offered just that, along with the cost.

Room , staff, breakfast

Pool was not heated . Jacuzzi not working. 2 small tables, 4 chairs poolside. Breakfast seating area too small. Many were standing, waiting for seating or returning to rooms. Lots of wasted area in lobby, some used that too eat

I liked the location as there were many options of restaurants around. The hotel was great and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay again.

When arrived, no one was at the front desk. Anyone can walk into the hotel which kind of raised a red flag but at the same time it was quiet and seemed safe.

Water was turned off for 5+ hours. The only pleasant people working there were the woman who checked us in and the housekeepers. Although we didn't go for the service just for the vacation.

When we checked in the girl at the front desk was very personable and nice. Our room was great with comfortable beds and clean surfaces. :)

We were unable to access the Internet with the information provided on our key card packet. This was not a huge issue and we understood that we could always just walk to or contact the front desk regarding the issue, but as it was not a huge issue we didn't feel the urge to do so.
