The whole experience at the hotel itself was not bad at all. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was alright. Not much variety but everything provided was delicious! The staff was very friendly, and the parking ramp employee was amazing!

The bed was hard as a rock and the parking situation was kind of a nightmare. The parking ramp meant for the hotel is also open to the public therefore finding a spot is very tough. People park like jerks by taking up multiple spots. At one point, the parking ramp employee had to ask someone sitting in their car to leave because they were taking up the only space available. If we have to pay $60.00 to park our cars there overnight, there should always be enough spots open for the guests. Other than that, the experience was great.

My only dislike was $150 charge on the room for "incidentals" . I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the charge was added to each. Seems excessive. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very kind, pleasant and helpful! The pool was clean, warm and inviting, however NO hot tub. Also the 2 hotels ( Hampton and Homewood suites ) although connected, are separate. It is good the staff lets you know which side to get the breakfast on, and there are signs to follow for each hotel.

Location of the hotel is very good and not far from the Clinton station. Area felt generally safe with enough restaurants and people about for an evening checkin. The hotel staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Room with a view of the city was very nice - the large window wall was a little scary but offered a great view of the thunderstroms rolling in over the city at night. Bathroom was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and good with a selction of hot items. The seating area is spacious allowing for people to spread out. Would stay here again.

The price was a little steep, but comparable to other establishments in the city. If you want to stay in the loop area, you're going to have to pay a higher price. BUT, that said, I was pleased that everything was in EXCELLENT condition and made me feel less guilty about spending the money.

Location was good, very easy access to the expressway. The room was surprisingly nice for the price. Breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of tasty food options to choose from. I was very pleased with my overall stay at this property!

The one thing I didn't love but is common with hotels in the Downtown Chicago area is the parking situation. The spots were quite narrow for my SUV. I felt safe and it was quite clean and reasonably well lit, just tight spacing.

Very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very delicious!

The double hotel inside one building was confusing at first, and even though all of the questions about parking said there’s parking on site, that was not true for us and we had to quickly find other arrangements. No easy way to park out front to check in and with Chicago traffic that was pretty stressful.

Comfortable hotel located about 25 min walk from the city center, in a quiet area near the train station. The room was very spacious and overall the hotel was in very good shape. Has a gym and a pool, which is nice. Staff was helpful.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I was given free water at the lobby and a pack and play with extra blankets for my baby. Checking in and out was very easy. I loved the body wash and lotion in the bathroom.

I wish the room were quieter from outside noise and neighboring room noise. Also there were only pork meat options at the breakfast buffet.

Zero courtesy at front desk on my check out, it is not my fault if that person decides to sleep during his working hours, the rest of the staff was cool but that last impression is making me re-consider to visit this hotel again or recommend to others

The location is excellent, easy walking to Union Station, Ogilvy Transportation Centre, and the Clinton El station. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by, while it is easy to walk into downtown Chicago. Friendly staff, and early check-in was allowed at no extra cost.

The breakfast is standard for a chain hotel, but adequate.

Hotel's lobby drop off/hop on was easy and it's located on a quieter main street. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard American motel style but what compensated was the very friendly staff who would greet you heartily in the morning. Around the hotel there are alot of good restaurants and the metro is just about 5mins walk. On Chicago marathon day the hotel was very kind to provide free quality energy drinks and food at the lobby.
