The front desk people were very polite and respectful. The maintenance man that came up and found a remote behind. The TV was helpful as well as helping with the refrigerator that did not appear to be cold enough. Colton the bartender in server who worked Sunday night February 16 deserves some big-time recognition for handling the overflow of people for dinner. He handled it with a smile was able to get to us although we did have to wait, but that was not his fault as he was the only one on and then another member of your Hotel staff. Reggie helped by bringing out pictures of water to table tables and helping to clear some of the tables. It was very nice to see Reggie helping out Colton. He also needs to be recognized.

housekeeping should have let someone know that there was no remote in the room.

The digital key would not work but I was able to get a regular key card at the front desk. This was the only inconvenience since I couldn't enter the room with the digital key when I arrived pre checked in.

It was slightly busy and only one elevator seemed to be working so sometimes there was a wait time to get upstairs. Plus I could hear the kids in the next room through the outside windows it almost seemed like they were standing outside the window it was that loud.

Location was a big deal for us. The bed and bedding were nice and comfy and we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was not as clean as we would have expected. It did not appear that the carpet had been vacuumed or the bathroom floor swept. There was a small pile of food crumbs behind the trash can and under the sink area. The body lotion container was empty, but we got by.

This is a very nice hotel across from the Maine Mall. We stayed here the night before a trip, leaving from the Portland Jetport. We. arranged with Rightway to park our car at Doubletree while we were gone.This is a wonderful way to start a trip: rested from staying at Doubletree with the car parked there until we returned. No problems at anytime. Everything was smooth. Recommend. The shuttle driver was awesome.

Had an all around great stay! Was just a place to catch some sleep for an early flight out. The staff was my best experience as they were the friendliest. Had one staff member check us in and then dealt with another staff member at checkout who was also very friendly. The shuttle driver was upbeat and made us feel like we weren’t bothering him. ( it was 3:30 am)

Would have preferred free breakfast as many others do offer this. Outdoor courtyard or seating area would have been nice

Would have enjoyed bed being made every day as in the past. Covid restrictions are an excuse for not offering cleaning service Ie. Towels etc

They upgraded the room for us when they found out we did not need a disability-friendly room. Also the hotel has a restaurant in it (though this is being refurbished currently) and there’s a Starbucks right across from the hotel. There is also a free shuttle to the airport.

The trash cans are a bit small.

Lost power one night no response from workers or refund nor did we get a text call or anything about what happened.couldbt even have s omeone open electric slider trying to get out of hotel had to manly open it. Breakfast room service was disgusting homefries wer undercooked had eggs Benedict and English was not toastef.

Location was great. Room was very nice. Short walk to Starbucks. Hotel has a restaurant on-site. Staff was friendly.

Restaurant choices were a bit limited. Hotel room was nice but had just one very small garbage can (they sent me another larger one when I mentioned this.)

Property is clean and friendly!

There was a snowstorm and for some reason every parking lot near them was being plowed but not the hotel parking lot. It was ultimately fine/ we brought our own shovel but it was a bit odd.
