The view from the rooms on the 8th floor were amazing. The restaurant, Bambara, was phenomenal; and the staff there were exceptional. I don't think we can stop raving about the coffee; my wife and I fell in love with it. The front desk were prompt and professional and very easy to work with. We enjoyed being able to use the hotel's bikes *with* helmets!

The bathroom did not have a fan and was located on the same wall as the bed; there wasn't much privacy between these locations in the room. The lack of fan made the bathroom steamy. The closet in room 820 was particularly narrow; it was hard to share the space with my wife. The N'spresso machine was a nice touch, but could use a small placard to explain its use.

The property is located close to many things to see and do within a short walk or train ride. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The decor was perfect. This is a pet friendly hotel unlike others I’ve stayed at, unless you saw the pets you would never know. The hotel was spotless and pet odor free I would definitely stay again

The parking situation was clear but the parking garage can be a bit tricky to navigate your first time trying to find the hotel exclusive area for parking and which level to take the elevator to.

Very spacious room with a nice view. Very comfortable beds, good showers with strong pressure. Nice gym, well equipped. Staff was nice and helpful. Nice park and walking lane very near. Internet was sufficient,

I had quite a lot of noise from the hallway, where you would hear almost anyone talking as if they were in your room. Not very centerally located in either Boston or Cambridge, with walking distance to main center of Boston of more than 20mins, and to tech center of Cambridge at 20mins as well.

We have stayed here several times in the past, love everything about this hotel, it's in a great location its clean and it's pet friendly which is perfect for us since we travel with our two small dogs.

This was the first time in all the times we have stayed here that the hotel called us while we were out to tell us someone complained that the dogs were barking. I understand how that can be annoying but this is a pet friendly hotel dogs bark, there was another dog across the hall from us that would bark and get our dogs going as well it happens, we're not going to complain about it. The hotel was very nice about it.

Pet friendly! This was our first hotel stay with our dog. The hotel was super pet-friendly and will become our go-to chain when we travel with our dog. Convenient that the hotel is attached to the shopping mall parking lot. I prefer this to valet, since I was in Boston to do a bunch of errands and needed the car multiple times throughout the stay. I liked that the gym was on the top floor (light) and 24 hour accessible.

Gym could be bigger. There wasn’t enough floor space to work with weights when there was more than one guest who wanted to use the weights.

From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, I knew we were in good hands. The facilities are spotless and gorgeous! Free coffee and tea in the mornings, water throughout the day and evening wine hour from 5-6pm. The attached restaurant has a wonderful breakfast, fairly priced. The hotel offered free bikes, SUP, and kayaks. Great Cambridge location, just a short walk to the canal and two T stations.

Dog friendly and the best hotel for travel with pets.

There is a ringing noise from the Aircon vent - someone needs to look at it and repair. Other than that, this is the best hotel chain to use while traveling with pets. We have a 14 year old Labrador and will not travel unless there is a Kimpton available.

Lovely rooms, we had a fabulous view. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Please please please let us have coffee or tea in the room or at least have it available all day in the foyer. Never stayed in a USA hotel before without this facility.

The hotel staff is superb. We were in Cambridge for my husband’s surgery and were so well taken care of at the restaurant, by the front desk (Devon and all the staff), the wine and coffee (thanks Ben!). Very grateful!

Check-in was smooth, and the location is very convenient! There is a mall you can get to by walking underground so on freezing days, it was perfect! Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is very good! Friendly staff! I wish the water pressure for the shower was a bit stronger, and that they have more drawers in the room to put clothes away, as my stay was for 5 days. Overall, I really like the vibe of the hotel!
