The bed was comfortable. All amenities we needed were available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.

The pillows. Just not the right fit for me no matter how much I tried. Prior to coming we checked the property website to see what amenities were available. The website showed a restaurant only open 5pm to 10pm. No mention of breakfast. No fitness room listed or picuted. Albeit we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to learn of breakfast and fitness area it would have been better to know of them from the property website.

My seocnd time and it’s beautiful. But inside lobby has changed. It looks more like convenient store than luxury hotel. Rooms clean and nice

Lobby sucks no offense but it looks like a convenient store instead of luxury hotel. Smh might need a decor personnel to redesign or reset the furnitures/ cooler fridge what not. I plan for my kid graduation even and also email ahead of time for cakes or bakery but stuff didn’t even know what’s going on. We didn’t get a call or concern regarding this matter. We flew in from Florida expected more since I stayed and paid what was offer thru BOOKING.com

Good location, about 25 mins away from Salem. Breakfast was delicious and rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. Only stayed one night but wished we stayed longer because the area is so beautiful. So many restaurants and things to do around.

Not a big fan of the bathroom doors in the hotel room, they are sliding doors and are loud when you close or open them. Also the toilet flushes so loud that it was very inconvenient at night time. The walls are a bit thing so if you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind, I could hear conversations outside the hallway and guests were not even talking loudly.

The breakfast was incredible! Lots of choices and options that allowed us to change it up over the two days we stayed. The location was perfect for going both to Salem and Boston (right about the middle and not far off the highway). There was a mall nearby that had options for food and shopping. The room was perfect size and clean. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Definitely would recommend! Felt safe as a female traveler.

Wi-Fi was a little iffy. But we didn't really need it much anyway.

I loved the decor and how beautifully everything was set. I loved my room! everything was clean and comfortable. It was modern but still felt vintage at the same time! I loved the gym and the dining hall! The breakfast would probably be better if I woke up earlier for it but it was still pretty good. We loved the coffee! The staff was very welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed. Even one of the cooks helped us when we asked what brand of coffee they used! It really was an amazing stay. It was in a really nice location too! It was quiet and peaceful.

The waffles were like the toaster ones and that was the only thing literally that I was sad about. Everything else in the breakfast was really good. I don't really have any other complaints about my stay.

The hotel is well located, near Market Street which was a 5 mins walk to this shopping area. The rooms are good size ,well equipped and with good amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful all time. It was a pleasant stay and for sure come back.

Housekeeping could do a better job when it comes to cleaning the rooms. Also breakfast can have more warm options.

Mobility room had several bars around the tub and I was able to get into and out safety. Breakfast very good. Location great for me, close to the interstate exit. Comfortable bef

The window shade didn't go all the way down. Left 2 inches or so open. The room wasn't completely dark. Don't know that people could see in from the location of the room.. It isn't a huge deal and this is the only thing I would change

The bathroom and towels were sparkling clean, as well as the sheets. The beds were confortable and the breakfast was good ( a lot of options) Parking is free and the location is very close to salem and several malls. Good for 1 night sleep

Laundry room is relatively expensive compare to other hotels of the same range were we've been.

The renovated section was very nice. The front desk asked us if we would prefer to switch to a 2 queen room to be in the renovated section. So glad we did Also the included breakfast had warm food as well as a nice continental breakfast. The coffee was wonderful. This hotel thought of everything including meal and Ben & Jerry's vending machine

The room was quiet and nice decor, the mattress was comfy, the shower was hot, good breakfast, very friendly staff, clean.

The sheets were so scratchy I had to sleep on a t shirt of mine, and the towels were also thin and rough. The comforter was incredibly thin and short for the bed, not your typical white fluffy hotel blanket.
