The beds were super comfy and the staff was super nice. The pool was definitely refreshing after the long walk around the zoo. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I've ever had😊

I do wish they still had a hot tub you could see where it once was but was covered up by a platform that had lawn chairs on it but that's not the staffs fault. While our room for the most part was clean there were things like under the pull out couch there was 2 dirty socks, a alcohol prep, an empty water bottle and a empty pack of baby wipes. Under the sink there were 2 dirty q tips and dust bunnies and the sink handle didn't have a screw in it so when you turned on the water it would slide off

I like the room it's big enough for me and my 4 kids

The door lock on the top was/is broken prior to me getting the room and the pool is really cold wish it was heated or something a little warmer but the pool area itself was warm and its odd you have to walk threw the pool area to get to there gym it's in the pool area

The staff we interacted with were very kind. When we first arrived we found out they were running on a generator due to a storm that had come through earlier in the week. I decided to cancel as the kids wanted to swim and with no power the pool was down. After spending about 45 minutes trying to find a hotel with power that was not full booked we decided to stay here after all. When I went in to rebook the room the owner (I’m assuming) gave us an even better rate than I had initially booked with. The room was large and the beds were comfortable.

Not sure if it was due to the power being out or just what they offer but the breakfast was mediocre.

We had a few issues but the manager was over generous and made the comfortable and affordable. We definitely would stay again.

The pool was closed due to circumstances out of the hotels control, they accommodated us and had it fixed as soon as they could.

The hotel itself inside was clean. However , outside had garbage in the parking lot and beer bottles left in places.

The fact that we had to keep asking a roll of toilet paper. There was only one roll since we were there for four days it started to get annoying. There were some guests of a wedding party staying in the hotel that were smoking despite the fact it’s a non smoking facility.

Clean Quiet I like that we had two tvs so we can chill why kids were watching what they wanted to watch

Three police cars in the driveway when I arrived, however, whatever brought them there was already resolved by then. The remote in my room didn’t work but it was quickly replaced, and that was good. The pool opens late in the morning, after 9:00. It did look well maintained.

The property was pretty clean and my room was comfortable

I wasn’t able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast because there was nothing left when I got up.

No hot tub. carpet had a stickiness by the door to the room. There were kids ding dong ditching us but I think that was handled eventually

Breakfast was simple but good, hotel currently under slight renovations but no complaints

smell of fresh paint in lobby, and out doors area needs to be cleaned up, lots of garbage around
