Very convenient free shuttle to Newark Airport. Also offers a shuttle to NYC.

The location is great. They have a big covered parking lot.

The lady at the reception was not good at all. She didn’t allow 1 hr before checkin. She was rude also. we are paying 1000 dollars amount and if we are not able to get even 1 hr early checkin, whats the point in making a big brand name like this.

I was travelling with family (husband and 2 kids) and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We choose this hotel as it was close to Manhattan but at a better price, and offer a shuttle from/to the airport. The room was a good size and clean, bed was comfortable. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel, as we tried to enjoy NY. the hotel had a shuttle to NY but we ended up using the bus, as Bus stop was 10 min easy walk from the hotel, and took us about 25 min to get to NY (price vary from $3.50 to $4 on the way back). Supermarket (Food Baazar) and Bagel Co where we had breakfast were also close. We also got the bus to go to American Dream World (manager suggestion as it was a rainy day), super easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We used the shuttle from and to the airport, and we didn't wait long (30 min). We would definitely stay there again.

not exactly a problem but the bathroom layout is a bit strange, as the glass door doesn't make it completely private, but since we were a family that was ok.

Rooms were clean and spacious. There were no false advertising. Location is close to NYC. Neighborhood felt safe, I was able walk around at night without any issues. Neighborhood had nice places to eat. Best thing in my opinion was the shuttle to Time Square. It's extra money but it was so convenient. I left my car in a safe parking space at the hotel, left my valuables in the room and just used the shuttle to go to Manhattan and come back.

They should advertise availability of shuttle service more. I had no idea before I arrived to the place. My minor problem was the design of the bathroom in the room. Bathrooms doors weren't that private. So if you stay in the room with someone you are not that familiar like a work buddy, it may get a bit awkward. But for solos and families its fine.

The hotel was modern, very clean and with several facilities to make us feel comfortable. Having access to coffee machines 24/7 was great. There was a fitness room too but I didn't use it. The staff was very kind and helpful. They let us leave the bags a few hours before check in and that was very useful. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel and a bus stop too.

The only thing that could be improved is the communication with the hotel. They told us to call them when we arrived in the airport so they could arrange the shuttle. I had internet connection but no access to make phone calls and sent them a message through booking. The message was not replied and we had to borrow a phone at the airport. At the end, we had to wait about 2 hours for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. My suggestion is to arrange the shuttle beforehand considering they already know the times the flights arrive or consider alternative ways of communication. When coming back to the airport, everything was much easier since we arranged the shuttle the day before.

The room : It was much bigger than we expected. Very clean as well. The AC is great and pretty soundless on the FAN mode which was good. Services : Great service 24/7 in the lobby, in case of any need (we needed more towels and body wash bottles), the hotel employees were very available for us. A Shuttle is available for free to take you from or to the hotel, amazing to save time and trouble understanding the many different buses/trains to take. Neighbourhood : Great big supermarket 3 minutes away on foot from the hotel, can save you a lot of money on food by avoiding a restaurant everyday/night.

ROOM : The cleaning lady forgot to trow away the garbage, left a cleaning glove and forgot to refill the body wash in the shower. The windows don't open at all which is a bit sad, not being able to ventilate the room. Soundproofing isn’t so great, we could hear other people's alarms going on in the morning. Breakfast : A bit expensive, 15$ per person for food that was not fresh (eggs or croissants) Neighbourhood : Be careful, the bus is NJ Transit (NEW JERSEY), so the metrocard does not work there, the bus ticket is 2,75$ so it can become very expensive.

The location of the hotel is ideal in my opinion. It is not located in the heart of downtown New Jersey, which makes it peaceful. However it’s close enough that you can easily go downtown NJ or to NYC within a just few minutes. The general/communal areas were clean and appear to be well maintained. The big windows in the lobby draw in a lot of light making it inviting to hangout in the area. The staff were accommodating. I was able to get an early check-in and a late check-out for a fee, which I expected. My hotel room was very clean, bright and non-carpeted as I absolutely hate dark, dingy-looking, carpeted rooms, which are very common in many hotel rooms. I really like how the lights in my room are very bright but with an option to dim the them for ambience. I also really appreciate that the air conditioning is working very well therefore I was able to sleep well at night. The bed and pillows were comfortable too.

Although the staff were NEVER rude, they were not necessarily friendly/welcoming either. This is not a deal breaker for me because as I have previously mentioned, they were very accommodating to my requests. I did not like that the fridge in my hotel room wasn’t working. I actually found this slightly frustrating. The ice machine on my floor initially was not working but it was rectified the next day which I appreciate. I would be nice if they offered slippers for the hotel guests even if for a fee. This is not a big deal but it’s a nice touch to the experience of the guests.

The hotel room was quite modern. The room has a lighted mirror, a walk in shower with two shower heads including a rain shower. The picture window has two shades, one that is a beautiful photo and the other a privacy see through type. The room also has many USB connections and outlets. The hotel is near to the bus stop where you can travel to NYC for $3.50. The hotel has ample parking spaces, a small gym and a restaurant. Its a busy but safe area.

I'm a former New Yorker traveling from the South where I have become accustomed to very friendly people. The staff was strictly business, not friendly at all. As a former New Yorker, I had to remember that that is normal behavior. :-)

We traveled to the hotel as a family of four and stayed 3 nights.We chose the hotel because we were going on a cruise from Cape Liberty. The price-quality ratio was excellent and from this location you have very convenient bus connection to Manhattan. (You should take the bus from the road "above" the hotel, although the Navigator first directed us to the stop at the ALDI market). There was a food bazar market nearby where you could get an evening snack for the children. The nearby self-service laundromat was super convenient.

The staff was a bit sleepy at times. The service was slow and unenthusiastic. Messages were often answered with a delay of more than a day. The hotel lobby was deserted and made the entrance a bad impression.
