They have the most awesome coffee maker in the lobby that is available 24 hrs. The hotel was close to train stations with free parking so Philadelphia was easy to get to. They have coin laundry for the road tripper.

Uber and Lyft were difficult since they don’t like to cross the bridge and pay $6. We just drove to the train station in Collingswood and got into the city that way. Much easier.

It was easy to locate, staff was super friendly, check in and out were a breeze. The room was perfect for our one night stay, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The fitness center was good for a quick workout and breakfast had lots of options. It was a quick drive to Punchline Philly as well as the Citizens Bank Park.

The fitness center needs to have towels available.

The rooms are very spacious, cold, new, and comfortable. The free breakfast was great! The staff at Best Western Plus were very kind to any questions we had. The distance from the hotel to historical sites in Philadelphia was not bad if you’re driving.

Everything about was good, perfect! Breakfast was great hot and ready very clean! Super friendly staff! Felt safe! Parking was good. Quite and it was sold out this weekend! Staff handled everything well and kept a good flow of things. The lady who handled breakfast on the weekend was amazing, very friendly, and accommodated to everyone! Always had a smile and made sure everyone was ok! Highly recommend and definitely will be back

The hotel is located just beside a six-lane highway, literally. Noise wasn’t an issue for us, but we do sleep like the dead. We like to have a couple of extra pillows. I visited the desk. My request was denied. I had accidentally rented an electric car. The hotel advertised that they had electric car hookups, Nope, not for a Chevy Bolt, only Teslas, and if I could afford a Tesla I’d probably be over at the Fairmont instead of Best Western. 😂The room was clean, had a fridge, had a few USB plugs, and was comfortable. The breakfast was well-presented and the lady who served was friendly and likable. Mission accomplished!

It suited our needs for the night, family of 3. It was clean and the staff was extremely thorough and professional.

The parking lot at night is a bit questionable. 🤨 It is well lit, but The signage posted by the hotel in the parking lot is clear about locking cars and not leaving valuables in sight. They take no responsibility for theft and lends to the idea that theft is common.

Our stay at the Best Western in Philadelphia was truly remarkable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but one person, in particular, made our experience exceptional - Rashaad, the receptionist. He went above and beyond to accommodate our special request and made us feel valued as guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, providing us with a pleasant and relaxing stay.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor areas for improvement. The breakfast options could have been more varied to cater to different preferences.

The property was very well kept, so clean and it smelt so good everywhere. Breakfast was awesome and we had free parking! We also had our service dog with us and he was treated very well. Still can’t believe this was a 2 star hotel tbh.

I guess the location isn’t the prettiest but it’s not that big of a deal unless you want a view.

Friendly? Beyond friendly. Chk in was a breeze, and very welcoming. Natural or trained, it was refreshing. I'm that way as well. Old cliche of, 'you only get one chance to make a first impression'. Clean doesn't describe it. From the lobby to our room, it was spotless. Very nice, clean bthrm/shower. Modern. The room was nice dark, easy to operate heat/cool. Spotless refrigerator (my pet peeve). We slept in so I don't know about the breakfast offered. Good parking....free(nice) Aaaahhhh the beds and pillows were a cloud to plop our stressed bodies on, after hydroplaning down the local highways. Overall a great place to stay, and we'll absolutely book again. Waved at the new staff the next morning and we received smiles and a wave from a distance. Thanks for a good rest, even for just one night!

Rm 320 has a broken spring/loud noise on bed 1. Easy fix. Cigar smokers at the entrance. Super friendly, but not a good smell. Soundproof doors somehow. Self-explanatory. Issues easily managed. Nothing to make me go elsewhere.

Good distance from the congestion in Philadelphia, but not too far to have a feel of the city

TV wasn’t working at some point. It didn’t bother me too much as I needed my rest but my wife & kids needed it. She called but they never came to take a look at what’s going on with it.
