The staff here are friendly and very informational; in the rare event that they couldn't help me, they connected me with someone who could. I also appreciate how timely and efficient the staff are! The coffee in the morning is a nice way to start my day. I like to get it as early as possible then sip my coffee and watch the sun rise :)

I didn't think that some guests don't clean up after their dogs and have a habit of (occasionally) leaving a bag full of garbage outside of its designated area. This is a small problem though - the staff here do a good job of staying on top of it; I just don't like that extra work is being created for them.

Being in a welcoming environment is a major plus for me - it just helps me fee less anxious. The staff here are so personable; it feels similar to greeting a friend. Sometimes, I feel bad because I get so caught up in conversation. I really do appreciate them for this. Also, I love the view from my room!

I didn't care for things I witnessed/experienced at the hands of other guests (its not as intense as it sounds). There were 2 instances that I got on the elevator to go to my room and someone spit on the elevator floor. The staff here are great; they're quick to resolve issues. In both of those situations, I'd spent a short amount of time in my room and headed back downstairs. On the return down on the elevator, the spit was gone! I really appreciate the cleanliness standard upheld by staff here!!

Loved the room. Very comfortable room and felt like a nice studio apartment for myself and son. Wish we could've stayed a bit longer but it was decent for our overnight roadtrip. Definitely returning soon.

Complimentary breakfast needs to be changed to complimentary morning snack. Only granola bars, ,cakes and coffee and cheap hot chocolate were offered. This alone caused us to checkout early and head up the street to Dunkin for food before getting on the road.

We really enjoyed the bed but couldn't sit on the edge near the bottom. The rooms kept out noise, so it was peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly and quick to serve. The views were amazing from our room.

The age of the furniture, small tv, and old stained cooking supplies. Bathroom sink water was either extremely cold or hot. The toilet backed up and was hard to flush the entire stay.

The staff here are by far the most helpful, kind people I've encountered in a while. Special thanks to Shanelly, Marisol and Jose - even though I ask for so much, you always oblige with grace and patience. Thank you for all that you do!

There wasn't much I didn't like - if there were things I didn't care for, it had nothing to do with the property or location. My biggest gripe was seeing people not clean up after their dogs but the property took care of that!

Loved the location. We were there for a game at MetLife Stadium! Loved the little river walkway in the back! The parking lot was well lit and clean. The room was clean/the whole place smelled great! The best part was the staff though - The staff was AMAZING!! So helpful and accommodating - we arrived SO early and were trying just to use the rest rooms but the manager let us right into our room and then helped us find a good restaurant nearby and had tons of helpful hints for the game.

Nothing. Great stay at a great price!

The hot water was having issues; however, the staff let us know before we checked in, so it was our choice to stay. It wasn’t the hotels fault by any means. Things happen! We appreciate the hotel staff letting us know before we checked in so if we wanted to find another place.

I love Everything about this Hotel... The Management are Very Friendly, Understanding, and Caring..The Staff Members are always Smiling They Greet everyone that walks in their Helpful, Patient and Understanding as Well..I see sum of the feedback people write and the 2 or 3 Star that they give them plus the comments from other people and I don't see any of the things they say ACCURATE... This Hotel Deserves more than a 5 ⭐ if you ask me...I haven't had a good nite sleep till I came here 2 days ago and since we lost our Home in a fire and lost everything.. I've been to 4 other hotels and they was Nowhere like this. Hotel here at all.... I just want to say u Guys rock and got my VOTE-10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Again Thank u So Much 😊

Location was good. There was a bus stop near by (about 15 mins walk) to take direct NJ transit bus(129) to New York Downtown. Rooms were nice, comfortable and having small kitchen was great to cook quick meals.

Not much options for Breakfast. Requested additional bed was not comfortable. It was a spring bed. Don't bother paying for it.

The hotel was definitely exactly what I expected. The rooms were exactly like the pictures and you could see that recent updates had been done. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and my room was very comfortable.

The tv remote was missing from the room and I think they need more bathroom amenities like soaps and shampoo and conditioner.
