I had a wonderful experience at your hotel the service was great and very sufficient, the front desk was on top of everything we requested and need they even walked us out to the ubers when they arrived. I will definitely come back to Hotel 1200

+ location, close to a metro station giving easy access to manhattan / commodities around + new building, clean + beds really confortable + price, not that bad for the city

+ Residents were sometimes talking/laughting loud and late at night (a door allowing to merge 2 rooms was present in our room and the noise was going through easily. + Residents were leeting dogs alone in the rooms, which were barking constantly Both issues were not much on the hotel but on the residents, and the hotel staff accomodated us with a room switching. + Metro train passing by very close to the hotel and making noise Overall was a pretty good stay, but you must know the hotel is not a haven of silence

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Booked the hotel after my flight at JFK was cancelled due to a lightning storm. Although it was far from the airport in Brooklyn I saw a high 9.1 review so I decided to book it. It turned out a fantastic find. It cost half of my previous stay at a High End Hotel in JFK Jamaica area, however the hotel room as pristine, large, cozy and modern as the High End hotel but at half the cost. More surprisingly was that the train station J Line is literally in front of the hotel. So we just got the train for about 40mins from JFK and spent just $7.50 to get there instead of paying the ride share which was $59 and it would have taken 49 minutes to get there anyways. Easy decision as we only had 4 suitcases. The hotel facilities were very good and well maintained. The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside meaning the neighborhood is very Brooklyn so don’t expect anything different. However we eat at a Dominican Restaurant and have breakfast at La Cafeteria in front of the hotel and it was really good. If I get stuck again at a NY airport or with a layover I am going to book this hotel

The bed was very comfortable. We had a connecting room with the two parts of our family, and that was great. I liked the bright colors. It was perfectly situated for us, close to where my daughter lives. I liked the lobby which looked out on Broadway.

There was no creamer for the coffee, and it would be great if the coffee was there all day. One of the bathrooms had no doorknob and the shower had no water pressure. There was no breakfast or fruit available.

Great location, right in front of a subway stn so a straight train into the city. An area of Brooklyn that's fast developing and hip. Yet away from the business of the city. Staff were excellent, friendly and good to talk to. Room was a good size especially for the price. Clean and new room and bathroom, beds were comfortable and gym was good too. A really great stay.

Family rooms face the subway side, so you can hear the train tracks at night (although infrequent). They gave us the option to move, but earbuds were fine.

Property was good it was clean.

The manager try to charge me a smoking fee when I was not smoking in my room and the entire hallway smelled like weed and I had to keep spraying outside my door because of the strong odor. After the incident I had an employee go into my room to see there is no smoke or smell they confirmed and was confused why she would attempt to charge me. So please be careful as she will add charges for no reason. Employees were awesome overall

It’s all about location which is super easy to catch any sort of transportation 24x7. It’s located in the hub of the restaurants & grocery stores. The property is very well maintained & highly recommended for its cleanliness & sustainability. The staff - especially the manager Mr. Rooh ul was extremely considerate, cooperative & a highly cultured person. He responded immediately whenever required. I’ll definitely wish to stay here again.

Could appreciate a coffee maker in the room.

I didn't eat breakfast my kids did and they were happy. Location was great J train went straight there and several busses. An assortment of restaurants in the area. Beds were wonderful. The room was spacious, I had the double queen bedroom it fit 2 adults, 2 teens and a busy 5 year old.

I like when I first came to the Hotel Raul at the front desk was very welcoming very helpful of him explaining where everything was like where the Gym was when was breakfeast in the morning he told where the coffee and tea was I would definitely go back at another time great hotel 10/10 recommend

Nothing everything was good couldn’t complain everything was there even outside of the hotel they had good food places to order from so no complaints.

We arrived a little early, but we were able to drop off our luggage at the lobby and take a look around the area. The hotel is very clean and there is also a subway nearby to take you to Manhattan. The room is reasonably spacious and equipped to a standard. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel from Ruhul, who was always able to help us with any questions we had. Many thanks to him at this point!
