I had my daughters birthday party here and the staff was very accommodating! They let me check in a little earlier so that I could decorate the room before she got there. They even let us use the breakfast eating area to eat our pizza and cake.

They didn't have enough towels in the pool area. Next time I think I will bring our beach towels in case. Also, later that night, I was going to hop in the shower-there was no shower curtain so I called to the front desk. The attendant brought a shower curtain up but told me she didn't know how to put it up. I put it on myself but I am short so I had to climb up on the tub. Good thing I'm coordinated! Upon checkout I complained about that and I was told that I'd get points OR a free room stay. Neither have happened so I will have to follow up.

Fabulous accommodations overall. Super customer service. Upscale design throughout. Good complimentary breakfast variety and à la carte snacks/meals options. Incredible view of serene body of water and greenery. Ample, convenient parking. Close proximity to retail and nature-related recreational events. Safe, quiet atmosphere and clientele. Business services excellent. Super clean facility with brand name, mid-luxury grooming products in room. Nice touch to refresh myself in the lobby after an exhausting travel experience with chilled filtered water layered with floating fresh lemon slices in a fancy decanter. Exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was inviting and very clean! The ladies at the front desk were really helpful and kind, and between them and Amber, from the housekeeping staff, they really make the hotel what it is. We had a lovely stay partially due to them, and partially because the hotel was clean and well-kempt, and the location is great! Out the back window you see nature, and there's a bit of a path that my kids and I enjoyed exploring by the pond. It's also very close to everything you'd want to do in the Canandaigua area, and Wegmans grocery store is across the street. Breakfast was mostly good, though they kept having some struggles with the pancake and juice machines (it happens!) and my kids enjoyed the pool.. I would definitely stay there again! Keep up the great work!

Nothing! The whole stay was great!

My husband and my card were both charged for the full stay as a mistake and it has been almost a week and our card has not been refunded the $500+. This affected our trip considerably. Although the front desk staff was very considerate and remorseful - we still have yet to see our refund reflect in our account.

We liked the property.

Good breakfast. Everything easily accessible. The guy at the desk was great. Helped me with reservation problems.

I would arrive after 10 every night. The remaining parking spaces were usually at the end of the lot. I felt unsafe. Also, only 2 rolls of TP and 2 towels. I chose not to have room cleaned. Should stock room better.

We liked the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was short, but enjoyable. We liked the breakfast and our room.

The only thing that we didn't like had nothing to do with staff, the property, or our room. It was another guest whose children were very disruptive in the pool.

It was convenient to the venue we were attending.

The bathroom door didn’t close. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t stocked very well. They had no butter or cream cheese for the bagels. They ran out of pancake batter. The sausage was super dried out.

Plenty of pillows. Comfy bed. Movable hangers so could steam clothes while showering.

Parking lot often had a truck parked near the remaining spaces. 4-5 guys would be standing there having a beer and laughing. I felt at risk. All 5 nights at least a couple of guys were out there. Motel let it happen. I paid a lot for the room. I came to get a space at 9pm. I should have felt safe getting things from my car. I did not feel safe!

Staff was amazing, housekeeping during my stay was magnificent. Don’t know her name but it wasn’t notated we had a late check out and she ensured my daughter could sleep without being disturbed. Very nice woman. Front desk staff in the evening and morning great as well!

Staff were exceptionally nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool closed down our last day that we had. It was kind of a bummer but we enjoyed ourselves.
