The bed was super comfortable. Honestly, it was the main reason we ended up staying here three nights. Friendly people too, and the location was great.

The breakfast was pretty awful, but not necessarily different than other hotels we've stayed in. Ever since DH discovered he was lactose intolerant, it's been tough to find a good hotel breakfast. We could also hear people going up and down the stairs and in and out of doors, plus running around on the floor above us. But it's an older building, and we've learned by now to take our "white noise" apps everywhere with us.

Easy off/on of I-90

Fire alarm went off after midnight. We have evacuated our room to the lobby only to be casually told to go back to your room. … “There is no fire“. Shouldn’t that be a statement made by the fire department?? Didn’t hear any sirens and not sure if they did arrive. Attempted to go back to sleep when apparently fire alarms were being tested again around 2am. Realize safety comes first, but maybe how an initial alarm should be handled needs to be reviewed.

Location was great. It would be nice if the hotel had a washer/dryer, but the laundromat across the street was close. It just would have been nice to be able to do a load and go back to our room instead of feel stuck waiting at the laundromat.

Breakfast variety was adequate, but the eggs were incredibly bland and there wasn't much to put on them. Some salsa would be great. And fresh fruit.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was good.

We arrived late (9 pm). The reason I selected the Comfort Inn was so my daughter and I could use the pool and hot tub before bed but found out upon arrival that the facilities close at 9:30 to kids. The policy is fine for the adults to have their adults only swim BUT it isn’t posted on their website or on booking.com so paying the extra $ to stay here for the pool/hot tub was a waste for us.

Can’t beat the location! Even though we made it down to breakfast 15 min before its ending, most of the food was understandably gone, but the attendant (a young man) happily made up another pan of eggs for us. Overall, hotel is very clean (although there looked to be a wine stain on our carpet) & comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Nice place to stay when skiing at Bristol Mountain. Pool and hot tub were great. . very clean and comfortable room

Excercise room was basic and had a machine with a damaged cable and wouldn't turn on but okay

Staff was very friendly and the room and lobby was very neat and clean

The pool water didn't seem clear which stopped us from using it for fear of bacteria, others were using it and it's s nice size pool and a hot tub

The room was perfect for a quick night stay.

The listing for this room type we booked really needs to be updated to show what the room layout looks like. I think it would help book more rooms. We were very nervous about the layout and thought about booking elsewhere many times and if we saw photos before we arrived, it would have helped a lot

Very friendly staff at front desk and cleaners too. Room was very clean and decor was tasteful. It was more upscale than i expected, which was a nice plus!

Good quality restaurants are hard to find nearby, but i had forgotten to ask at the front desk.

The rooms were spacious and clean ( except used soap left in tub). The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was nice and quiet and no street lights shining in our window. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit and more. The kids enjoyed the pool.
