Breakfast was ample and varied—hot and cold offerings. Beds were very comfortable—air conditioner was quiet. Room was amply sized. Front desk was extremely accommodating. Location could not be beat— plenty of dining options on the waterfront, nice paved path for walking/running, historic lighthouse nearby, beach. Wine Trail and Lilydale easy drives from the hotel.

Caps for the lid of the toilet seat hinge were missing— looked disgusting and certainly detracted from an otherwise clean and attractive bathroom.

The inside of the hotel was nicely decorated. It had a restaurant and brewery. Enjoyed the summer band on the docks at night and ordered take from the restaurant. We loved that it was a few minutes walk to Lake Erie, boardwalk, etc.

It was close to the places I needed to visit. Breakfast options were decent. Bed linen was very clean. Huge plus for me. The room did not clean old.

They were two bugs in the bathroom.

The food at the Lounge was amazing! Its been forever since I had samosas and it was close to a number of small shops and restaurants which was also nice. Walking along the lake was very relaxing.

Gym was kind of sparse for a hotel that size, had no water in the water cooler whenever I went to exercise.

We were forced off the interstate due to the weather. We felt fortunate to find a room! People were friendly and the beds were comfy

Tha antislip mat in the tub looked stained and dirty. The eggs were truly cold.

I was very disappointed in the bathroom as it was straight tile walls with absolutely no handles for the disabled and no shelves whatsoever for soap or hair products. No bars for towels. Terribly long reach to get toilet paper

The location is wonderful!! Have stayed there a handful of times over the years and always a good stay.

Nothing specific. Some things are a little dated. Also, great big room that could be utilized for something, maybe have video games, arcade games, pinball, etc.

I love this hotel's location right on the lake, and really appreciated that I had a view of the lake from my room as well as a refrigerator.

The TV in my room didn't work, the water in the toilet would periodically run, and the walls were so thin I heard my neighbor's TV too distinctly.

Enjoyed lakefront view, walking around area. Great restaurant/Brewery on site!

Our room had no fridge, had to rig up ice bucket in my cooler to keep food from spoiling! Also, only 1 gal checking everyone in...and there was a convention group checking in as well as us!

Beautiful location on the water. Great place to walk around.

The room could use an upgrade. Wallpaper peeling a bit of gas in another place. Just had an old feel.
