The was not my first time staying here. The hotel is a nice little hide away . I’ve noticed they made some upgrades and it loooked really good. However it was so hot in the lobby like I mean hot hot they had to run a fan etc

Only thing I don’t like is the location. It’s off the south conduit if you a New Yorker then you know. Then all the road work going on was insane hiwever not hotel fault but ugh . Lastly the parking lot is very tight and way to costly for guest to say $40 a night is insane as a guest I spent almost 400.00 for 1 night and you want to ask for 40.00 to park my car in this tight lot ? Be serious guest should not have to pay in my option and they need a better lot which would be hard to do clearly

The room was comfortable and I had a lovely comfortable bed and pillows. The bath was great too. It was peaceful I was not bothered by any noise and the bath products were good and eco friendly brand. There was a microwave in the room which was a huge bonus.

There was no early breakfast option - which was a shame as it’s an airport hotel and lots of people are in transit. There was also no early check in even though I asked for this days in advance. The hotel definitely had empty rooms they just didn’t want me to check in early. For me the room was a bit cold even with the heating on full but more blankets were provided. There was also no WiFi in reception before you check in so not only did I have to wait to check in I also had to sit with no internet which when most of the guests are travellers and may not have data seems a little silly.

Friendly staff, large clean room, very comfortable bed,good breakfast, and close to the airport with a shuttle.

Breakfast was not free with the room and the price of the room was a bit high. (Although I know it’s in New York). The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The shower head was broken. The shuttle only runs until 10:00 p.m. and we arrived at JFK after 10:00 so we had to pay for a cab. I believe the website said 24 hour shuttle?

the online access to the services, which was completely inaccurate from the airport. Using the airport devices (for booking) showed "No Availability"... when we used another source, we were able to book a room! There were no offers/privileges for being an "Hilton Honor" member...!

Upon arrival, the front desk representative was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and expedited my room check in. Other staff members from the front desk to cleaning to the restaurant were helpful, courteous and welcoming. What I liked the most is that the airport and other areas of interest are close to the hotel. The restaurant food was exceptional. Thank you all! See you all soon...

Parking is limited unless you pay to park in their tight parking area. I didn't mind paying knowing it was a secure lot with security cameras.

Our stay was really good and served for the purpose. We had a flight in the next morning.

The price of overnight parking was insanely high for an empty parking lot. Charging 40$ for a guest that is already paying to stay at hotel wich was not that cheap is not ok.

Super-close to JFK, accessible via reasonable Uber rates, numerous Doordash options. This was an unexpected stay because of a late flight and missed connection so a nice place to stay with friendly staff was much appreciated.

Nothing, really. Hilton Garden Inns are usually great for us.

Liked the proximity to JKF airport. Liked that they had a restaurant in the lobby that was open late.

Wall thermostat really didn't control the a/c and we didn't discover how to manage the HVAC until halfway thru the night. Also, didn't appreciate that we could not get our Hilton Rewards points credited to our account because we didn't book the room directly through Hilton. Price was well over $300 and the room was nothing special.

Location is great to JFK, staff super helpful, free shuttle a plus, quiet clean room with refrigerator, microwave, and iron. Free Showtime. Staff had menus for nearby restaurants that deliver which was extremely helpful. Tasty Taco was good food at an incredible reasonable price. This hotel will be my new "go to" when I have a layover in NYC. Very happy experience.

I had some problems with the shower adjustment, but housekeeping was quick to help me and very pleasant.

Room was newly decorated. It's a little noisy but to be expected being right by the airport, motorways and train.

A bit noisy. Nothing near by in the way of shops or restaurants.
