Location: Easy to get to from airport by cab or metro. I took the air train to Howard beach and then A line metro just 2 stops to Aqueduct Racetrack) which is right in front of the resort. Note: you can use the skybridge but then need to go down to the parking lot and walk to the hotel side entrance. Room: spacious, clean, neat, well designed, very comfy bed & pillows and has all you need. Facilities: I enjoyed using the gym and they have a few Restos on site. Staff: Friendly and helpful. I stayed for a night and enjoyed it.

Just a note to clean out the coffee machine water compartment (in the room). I could not use mine as it had limestone and maybe a little mould too.

New, modern rooms, nice toiletries, and adequate towels. Very good, unobtrusive maid service, everything was spotlessly clean. Great location to park your car and take public transport to Manhattan, good bus and subway services. And still close enough to JFK to take an early morning flight. Free parking was a nice bonus, but I did not enjoy walking out in the freezing, windy weather to get the car. Also, I didn't appreciate the pricing of the Starbucks affiliate inside the hotel. Over $8 for a Cortado will definitely rile up European visitors.

There were no bath robes in the room. There was a dismal element in the air outside the actual hotel. I am not sure if it was the cold, windy weather, the vibes of desperation from the casino, the huge deserted racetrack, or the lighting in the open air parking lots.. Something was off-putting.

Very clean and well organized

The staff are very rude and hard to deal with the location was fine 12 minutes from the airport,there were several issues I didn’t like about my stay. There was no airport shuttle service, and no restaurant was open at 10 PM — which is disappointing for an airport hotel, where guests often arrive late. The microwave had a bad odor and was not clean. Additionally, we were charged more than the price originally agreed upon on booking. In addition they took an extra 200$ as deposit and didn’t return it yet.

This is a nice modern large hotel, part of a casino complex. There are multiple restaurants/food options inside, or nearby. We arrived late at night, but were still able to use the fully functional gym, which is open 24/7. Our room was large and spacious, and looked out over the casino buildings to the nearby Aquaduct racetrack. A great place to stay for a night or two.

There is no shuttle bus to/from the airport. An Uber cost us USD30 to get there, and 28 to get back - something to consider when you are looking at booking the hotel.

The rooms were very clean, large, comfortable and well equipped. The bed and pillow were very nice. Check in and out were fast, although I don’t believe that it was not their highest season.

Was a bit pricey and would have hoped that breakfast was included in rate. I paid an additional $25 per person. Being so close to JFK, I was hoping that they would offer a shuttle service to a from the airport. It cost me an additional $55 to ride back and forth with a Ride App service. At the end, staying over night at JFK to catch a flight the following day ended up costing me way too much.

Clean, modern hotel. Really friendly and proactive staff. Very comfortable family room with two large double beds and big bathroom. Ample onsite parking and short drive to JFK.

No onsite catering and not a huge selection of options nearby. We only managed to find one of the two restaurants flagged as walkable so just ended up there for dinner.

The Team was very professional and friendly. The room was superb and bed was extremely comfortable.

No shuttle service to and from JFK and I was not informed prior to arrival despite making a booking request. Listed phone is no longer in service. Please update. Once I did get a number to call, it took ages to get through for any assistance and voice mailbox for callback has yet to be setup. Took me over an hour to get to the hotel after arrival once informed there is no shuttle service 😒.

I like the comfort and the gym

Didn’t like the staffs attitude when greeting it was no a friendly feeling at all , I would hope they would act at least like they are happy that I am checking in and paying for there services I was ignored and when I was finally greeted it was not welcoming at all it was like what do you want looks it’s want and frankly for that reason alone I will reconsider not using the facility . Friendliness and feeling welcome is very important to me

Maureen checked us in and was super friendly and helpful!! Hotel is very convenient to airport. The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Complementary tea/coffee & water. They have an ice maker and in the room for vending they even have a microwave for guest to use. The sugar factory restaurant had amazing food. (pricy though) we had a view of New York City.
