Sadie the hotel manager was excellent. She helped with me an issue I was having with OYO specifically and while OYO was not great to work with, she and Carmen advocated for me and encouraged OYO to resolve my issue fairly. Sadie and Carmen stayed on it, followed up with me, and helped me achieve the right outcome.

All was great except for the experience with OYO, which to be very clear, is only the reservation management service for this hotel. The hotel itself, its staff, and the location were top notch.

This apartment was huge! I think we got a last minute deal which was so wonderful since our Airbnb didn't work out a few towns away due to power outage. Not sure we'll get our money back so we are glad it was so reasonably priced. The apartment was clean and pretty comfy. I was thinking the living room should be where the dining room is because this is the only smart TV in the place. My mom and I enjoyed our time there and the beds were very comfortable. Check out needs to be right on time given they were fully booked, but it was good to stay at sea side in this great apartment.

I think the set up could be better and to have the kitchen dining and living area all in the one room then maybe the extra bed at the entrance. But this didn't interrupt our stay much.

I found myself in the beautiful town of Seaside and stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect, it is close to everything you could possibly need. I could walk safely to the beach, restaurants and shops and it was only a short, scenic easy drive to many of the attractions of this gorgeous place. I was visiting at the beginning of spring and the weather was lovely. I also like that everything was chill, as I can imagine the summertime here would be quite a different story. The food I had at various places was on point, price wise and quality. I couldn't recommend visiting here enough. My spacious room had a lovely view and I loved hearing the sound of the birds in the morning. The bed was so comfortable I stayed in it far too long, when I should have been exploring. Clean, tidy and great staff.

The location was close to the downtown area (Broadway) and also close enough to walk to the beachfront. It is easy to walk around town, and some of the rooms are right along a river with a nice view. It was quiet yet close enough to all the action. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice size, plus equipped with enough tools for a short stay for two people. Staff was really nice and attentive to any of our needs. It also gave us a good chuckle that someone left a giant zucchini outside the doors our whole stay, hehe.

Honestly, the only complaint I have is the stairs, but I didn't request a bottom floor room, so that's on me! I just hate stairs in general 😆

The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE & the HUGE 2 person jacuzzi tub was amazing! The manager Carmen was wonderful & super helpful!! The property was peaceful & quiet our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

The location wasn’t as close to the beach as I hoped. They only provide 2 towels in the room and housekeeping absolutely WILL NOT provide an extra towel, so I had make the trip around the block and feel like I was bothering the office asking for towels each day because housekeeping would come in & take the used ones. Also the room did not have a “Do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The outsourced company that answers the OYO calls were horrendous to deal with & very rude!!! The guy was so hard to talk to that I booked 3rd party & not direct because I couldn’t handle his rudeness any longer.

Clean. Nice. The Oyo sashes on the bed were a good touch, made it look fancy. Don't think there was air conditioning (if we didn't find it out bad) and it was a bit muggy that night. Otherwise very nice.

No AC(I think). Smart TV was a nice touch but didn't have Netflix and plugging in our own Chromecast was a little more difficult because of how close to he wall the TV was. A little more room would have been nice. Also would have been nice to have liquid hand soap in front of the sink. Also an electric kettle would be nice (maybe just keep one or two around for people who drink tea). These are all tiny issues and won't matter for most people.

Large space! the photos and description does not describe well enough how spacious the 2 bedroom apartment is. We enjoyed the full kitchen, although the provided dish ware was basic it met our needs for us a family with 3 teenagers and a dog.

It was dated but the whole town is older and we were next to the stairs which was noisy when utilized by other guests and the cable TV cuts out all the time

This place ticked off the boxes: clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient and affordable. The location was close enough to walk to the main downtown area for breakfast, and we were surprised at what a good night's rest we all got. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and we slept with the window open for the cool fresh air. We would definitely come back. For a motel stay, we were pleasantly surprised.

Very great location! I was driving from Seattle on Highway 101, and this was a perfect place to stop. It’s just 15 minutes by car from Cannon Beach and located in the town of Seaside. Free parking is available everywhere, and there are many restaurants and cafes around. The room has heating, it was quiet and peaceful, and the price was excellent.

I just wish they had a laundry room, but unfortunately, there isn’t one.

Honestly we were looking for a place to sleep on our road trip.... googled and liked the price, but expected it to be a bit of a dive, IT WAS NOT A DIVE!! The rooms were freshly updated... large and spacious, Bed was excellent. Don't let the exterior fool you... inside was great!

They hopefully will up date the outside... but hey, having the inside well done was wonderful! We would recommend this place to even a fussy traveller !!
