The hot tub was hot without being too hot. It was spacious. The pool temp was very nice. Pool area was clean, pool towels abundant. Breakfast area was wonderful. Lots of furniture for assorted places to sit. Breakfast was tasty. Lots of nice options. Loved the strawberry syrup for waffles. Most hotels just have maple syrup. Bed was comfortable. 4 pillows was nice. I felt comfortable and safe. The location was close to restaurants and stores.

1 of the waffle makers was out of order which slowed down breakfast. Our friends' room card wouldn't let them into the pool area. There's no bathroom in the pool area.

Appreciated having 2nd suitcase stand in room on arriving .. large night stand on both sides of bed with cell phone power .. light and switch on both sides at night stand

Barely palatable .. eggs were dripping with water and made with dry egg power .. No sausage .. only fatty bacon No safety handles in tub shower. Price a little high

More comfortable bed than the one I own. Close to the Columbia River. The outdoor patio was charming although the gnats prevented it being useful.

I grabbed the reservation in the afternoon through Booking.com (my go to app) and the included breakfast was not "announced to the staff". And I was not given a voucher upon check-in. So when I went to breakfast the next morning I was surprised to see a cost for the breakfast. Ive never booked a room without it having a breakfast. After some back and forth, I was given the voucher. BW should probably confirm what information is exchanged between them and booking apps.

I appreciated the fresh fruit and the refrigerated offerings. I also appreciated the front desk upon check in ... the room they gave me looked out on the roof over the entry and since I was staying three nights I asked for a room that looked out to the surrounding area ... the room I did stay in was great ..

The property was nice and clean, very effective for what I needed. The pool and the hot tub were very welcome. And the breakfast was very.

This isn’t so much about the property, but because of the motorcycle rally that was in town, I suspect, the price was very high. So while the hotel was nice, the price was very high.

The property was very easy to find , clean & looked safe. The breakfast had so many choices for breakfast as well as opened up early enough to have coffee first thing. We booked this property due to breakfast and an indoor pool.

My daughter said the bed was too soft

Everything was really nice. Bed was super comfortable, the room was really nice, the TV was great! The breakfast served in the morning was the best we’ve ever had from a motel, All in all, it was his first class through and through

This is a nice accommodation option in Redmond. Positioned near shops and restaurants, it is a good location for access to the main Bend/Redmond Rd. We used the onsite gym, which consisted of two treadmills, a stat bike, and an elliptical trainer. There is also a small multi-gym. The included breakfast was actually much better than anticipated, with muffins, various cereals, a pancake maker, and some fried food options.

Room had all amenities and very well cleaned & maintained, breakfast was vast and very well cooked, pool was well maintained.

Fridge froze majority of products inside, toilet would not always flush unless button was held down, noise level due to being near highway
