It was in a great location if it were summertime and we wanted to do Dutch Wonderland. It was also near a lot of shopping malls so we was great for finding good places for clothes.

I didn’t like the fact that it was more like a motel where the rooms were outside in the pool the indoor pool that is was not inside of and or attached to the main building that would’ve been perfect. however I understand why they made it more of a motel design versus closed in hotel design. There were lots of children trying to play outside and that would’ve been so annoying to have them run through the halls and a indoor building. Great outdoor space to play though.

The main building is cute, friendly environment. Has arcade for kids to play games even not that big but workable. Room is clean. Staff are friendly. The day I stayed had snow and the staffs put salt and maintain sidewalk really good.

The room's building looks cheap and doesn't have elevator for wheelchair. And working to the indoor pool in the winter is kind of hard with the small kids. Maybe should have the expandable dome cover the walking path in the winter and can take out in the summer for better vision. And stuffs at gift shop, the price is quite high.

The Staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed, unexpectedly for 3 more days we had that much fun! Any little issues Staff was more then helpful and friendly. I can't say enough, way beyond what I expected! The older kids had a good time. The Arcade was a lot of fun and pools

Microwave Option for detergent in laundry room Longer pool hours Maybe more younger teen options for games / crafts. Even without, we still had a great time. *The outside pool was closed the 1st day, the next morning it was opened and we stayed a night longer to enjoy the pool. Unexpected cost but still amazing.

I love how attentive and patient the staff were with all the children. They were very welcoming and with smiles. No one there who worked there looked or felt like they hated their job. They looked like they really enjoyed and loved their job. They celebrated the kids and rewarded them for helping out. Some of the staff played with my 4 year old daughter and really made her have a wonderful time. Would definitely go again. My 3 kids loved every minute of this place. They loved all the activities, and my husband and I enjoyed them myself. Really brought some nostalgia back.

Some of the pricing was a bit high even the vending machines, but considering the place and the area. I figured that was the reason why. $5 dollars for a bottle of soda. Even higher if you buy inside the cafe. The prices could be a little better, but overall everything was great.

I really like that is very family oriented. This is a place that it’s about the kids and that’s what you’re gonna find here. This has nothing to do with adults. It’s all for the kids.

My own complaint would be that that we need to train your lifeguards a little better as to be more village when kids get injured my daughter got injured to first day. We were here and the lifeguard were not more active like they should have. She slipped on the ramp and hurt her back but the manager that was on duty he was really nice about it. They got me some ice packs in the next day the EMT from Wonderland checked her out. They were very helpful.

The layout was cool. First level pool side was nice. Loved the outdoor pool and splash pad. Easy walk to the main lobby for food and entertainment. The arcade stays open and a great place for the night owls to play a little longer. The staff were super friendly. The vending machines were well stocked.

Minor issue. Our room was a little musty as if the carpet had been wet. Our friends room didn’t smell like that. It wasn’t bad enough to switch especially since it was a powerful puff girls room 😆. It would have been better if the cafe stayed open later. Til 10 or 11. At least an hour after the pool closes. The location isn’t far from fast food places.

The CNH is located in a great area. With lots of shopping options and restaurants which was a bonus of course. The hotel itself had activities for kids through out the day including meet and greets with some of the cartoon characters everyday. The pools were great, my little ones loved the splash pad and the small arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel had many amazing things but what I didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness. You can tell they cleaned a bit but the light fixtures next to the bed and the headboard was visibly dusty. The rugs felt yucky and the bathroom shower had some visible mold.

Such a fun place to be! The room was very clean and the beds very comfy!! The pools were great along with the splash pad for our kiddos. We also enjoyed the various fire pits and picnic tables around the property to be able to play cards at, eat ice cream and just relax at. Right next door is a variety of restaurants, ice cream places and things to do. We went to Sight and Sound which was not too far and it was INCREDIBLE. We also did some of the fun things they had going on in the lobby area! Bingo was a hit with my boys along with the arcade. The staff was all very nice and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel did not disappoint!

I loved how everything was clean! When we got to the property at check-in I realized I was in the second floor I’m currently 7 months pregnant and can not walk stairs! The staff was so nice and immediately found me a room on the ground level!

We paid $15 a person to eat the breakfast buffet and the food was all cold and hard! Kinda disappointed. We ate the buffet only because it had been our first time there with our kiddos and it was supposed to be breakfast with characters and we only got to see one. Probably won’t eat there again as that was very disappointing and money well wasted! The only thing good for breakfast was the sweet girl who came and delivered our drinks!

Amenities were good, outdoor pool and attached hot tub were open, store was great added touch as well as location to shopping and restaurants. The firepits with seating was a nice touch to the hotel. Themed room decor was enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we left, we forgot a bag in the room. I called the hotel and they went to the room and had the bag waiting for us in the lobby. Kids loved the arcade and I liked that it was open 24/7 so the bigger kids could play after the little ones went to sleep.

The indoor pool was closed for refurbishment, outdoor pool slide was closed the whole time we were there, there was old food between the bed and night stand so better cleaning should happen more frequently, most of the housekeeping staff spoke Spanish which made it difficult to get extra trash bags for our room. They do not do daily housekeeping (taking out trash, making beds, replacing towels, etc).
