The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very friendly. We never had a long wait for the elevators. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We ate breakfast in our room and there is just a desk (no table) with one desk chair. My husband sat on the bed and used a suitcase for a table while I sat at the desk to eat. They do have a very nice dining area downstairs but we preferred eating in our room. I also would have preferred a small couch or another chair instead of a lounger.

I am a woman who was traveling alone. I felt very safe here. The staff were ALL friendly and professional. I interacted with the staff at the front desk, the staff providing breakfast, and the cleaning staff - all were open, friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating. the room was clean. they met my special requests. everything worked in the room. there was plenty of space and plenty of outlets and usb outlets for phones. the amenities were modern. the toiletries were all Dove products, which I think most people like Dove products. there were plenty of the toiletries in the bathroom. the hotel was quiet. the location is not right downtown but actually very close and a fairly easy drive to get downtown. this was an area i had not stayed in before, but i would definitely consider staying here rather then downtown b/c it’s so close to downtown but more affordable and it also felt safer to me.

when i first entered my room, it had an odor like it had been closed up for awhile. but after running the fan on high and cooling the room off, that musty odor dissipated. i would have liked there to be security cameras in the stairwells.

The property was pleasantly modern and smelled amazing when we walked through the door. I traveled with friends and the front desk attendant made sure we could be near each other. It was a really nice touch. The breakfast crew was delightful and greeted us each morning in a lovely way to Start our day.

We could not get any of the auxiliary tv options to work. We brought game systems and although the tv’s had specific instructions for the games none of them worked. We also couldn’t “cast” to the television due to weird wifi set up. It was a bit frustrating. The front desk tried to help and we appreciated it but there was no solution. The ATT help numbers were not helpful at all. We intended to do some gaming so that put a small damper on our plans. Lastly, showers could have been a little cleaner.

The room was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, possibly better than other Holiday Inn Expresses in which we have stayed. I would stay here again given that value was good compared with downtown Nashville hotels. Uber rides into the centre worked well.

For a new hotel, the insulation could be better since there was a lot of noise from a busy interstate adjacent but not right next to the hotel. For some reason, the hotel ran out of regular coffee capsules for the coffee machine although there were plenty of decaf versions!

The property was clean. The staff were attentive and kind.

I did not like that a mandatory charge was added to my bill for each night I parked in the hotel’s parking lot. The parking lot was not gated or secured. This fee was not disclosed at the time of booking. The pool is very small and is located in a shaded area so sunbathing is very limited.

The location was perfect away from noise and yet close enough to visit tourist attractions. The breakfast was adequate and coffee was very good.

The reason for not giving a 10 was that the bathroom needed some TLC. It was obvious there was a leak in the ceiling and was patched, but it was not finished as it needed to be painted. The tile around the floor of the bathroom was just not a very good job and it was noticeable. I would recommend upgrading the towels as they were very thin. Everything else about the room was fine.

The hotel itself was very pleasant. I didn’t understand the parking fee that was charged, especially if your vehicle is at risk of having your window smashed. The breakfast was awesome and the rooms were pleasant.

The price with all the extra fees and you still get your vehicle broken into, while it’s parked right in the front door of the facility.

Good breakfast, plenty of choices. Loads of coffee, cinnamon buns were excellent!!Easy to get bus to centre, stop just outside of hotel.

The fact of the hotel taking payment from credit card 6 hours after check out when we were on a Greyhound bus to Memphis. No reply from hotel about this matter and the over charging of our stay, no manager on site to sort this out!

The room was great with everything you'd need. Great parking facilities as well. If you prefer to walk, it takes around 30 minutes to get to the city centre, but it's a good walk after you get past the first few streets, going through some beautiful historic streets with great shops and cafés.

The location is somewhat far away from the city centre, so you may want to either drive, which is obviously somewhat challenging in regards to parking - or take a Lyft.

It’s about a 15-20min drive to broadway but you’re in an area that’s not sure busy with a lot of convenience.

There is a lack of parking spaces available. It could have been a one off time though. Also, the room I stayed in the shower wall was broken. They looked like they tried to repair it before I got there as I could still smell the fumes from it.
