Great location! Just 10-15 min walk to the Broadway which was perfect for us. We didn’t have much involvement with staff as you check in at a kiosk which was easy to use. Apartment had everything you could need, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. Theres a gym and pool which was a great addition

Something very very minor but theres a coffee machine but no coffee or milk so if you are here for a short stay, i dont know how beneficial the machine will be to you

Location was great. Lovely space and nice furniture. Nice having ensuite laundry and we used the dryer to dry our towels.

Garbage trucks seem to come every few days and make a lot of noise early in the morning banging the bins. Otherwise very quiet. Could have used more towels. I use 2 for my shower. Lack of low lighting options. Under the counter lights are out in the kitchen. We had to request a lightbulb for the living area which took 2 days to have installed....seems a bit excessive for a light bulb. Blinds don't block out the early morning sunshine. Would love to have black out curtains available. Bring your eye patches! Could have used a hook in the shower area to keep the towel handy for getting out.

It was nice and everyone was very helpful. There were plenty of amenities. A stove, fridge, microwave, even washer and dryer. What more can you ask for?

The bed was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t get the fan to work. The parking situation is a little confusing

Nice and clean. Quiet. About a 15 minute walk away from Broadway. Had everything we needed facilities wise.

The shower was too small and not very powerful. Could do with a bigger bed.

Great apartments - the one i was in was big and had all mod cons though i didn't need to use them as i was out most of the time. Fridge was bigger than my house. Parking was straightforward once i downloaded the app. Park on level 3 as its same floor as the hotel lobby. Great brewery across the road called yee haw with big screen, beer and bands and really nice tacos. Short walk to broadway. Area felt safe. Marked it down one star as pool was shut for maintenance on day I tried to use it.

The pool is fantastic and the rooms are very large.

Our bedroom was filled with light ALL NIGHT LONG. We overlooked the pool and despite shutting the white shade, there was so much light in the room it was difficult to sleep.

First the staff of sentral SoBro is fantastic. Answering and solving any problem immediately and efficiently.. it is very clean. The rooms and beds are wonderful and there is everything you need .great gym. Wonderful pool. Beautiful meeting or sitting room on pool level to meet outside of the room or to be alone

Unluckily for me the vacuum cleaner in my room did not work because the special plug was missing although Sentral staff tried to help. Because there were carpets a vacuum cleaner was needed as cleaning is not included and costs $75.00. I would have liked a few cleaning products

Great location, very clean, great workout facility, great pool area but to cold to utilize over Thanksgiving weekend. Very easy walk to downtown where all the activities are. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They need to add some room darkening drapes or curtains. The translucent pull down blinds, only obstruct viewing but do nothing for the lights at night or the sunshine in the early morning. If you want to sleep in after a long night of adventuring you better bring an eye mask as its like sleeping with the lights on inside the apartment. The shower water flow is not good. They must have a flow limiter to reduce water usage, but having a nice shower with some power is always a nice way to start or finish your day.

Amazing location (only 10 min walk from Broadway). Super comfortable & spacious. Apartment has a washer & dryer, & a dishwasher (dish soap & laundry supplies provided). Super easy & convenient. Your whole stay is self-sufficient - self-checkin & checkout but there’s staff on hand if there’s anything you need. We paid an extra fee for a late checkout as we had a night flight home so we didn’t have to rush to leave in the morning. There’s a luggage room too to store luggage if you have some spare time between checkout & travelling. Communal pool area & gym.

Some dishes did need washing before use, but otherwise everything else was spotless. We did run out of toilet roll during our stay tho (we were staying for 6 days so to be provided with a couple of extras would have been good).

Great apartment with everything you need. Great location. Some reception staff not so good. The lady on my last day was lovely. Also the self check-in was very strange. Id been told someone would be there to do this and give me information on the apartment. I worried a little as im a solo traveller. All sorted in the end, and I managed to finally get into the apartment. This is also literally 15 mins walk max to everything. There's a little local shop 5 mins away for all your needs. Just make sure you check all the dates on items. I got stung with out of date stuff a couple times. Enjoy.

Some of the reception staff just didnt seem to want to even speak with you. The self checkin - I didn't like that at all. More so when i travel alone.
