Location and the quality of the room.

For the price paid, complimentary coffee in the lobby would seem appropriate. Having to buy coffee in a hotel cafe seems like a bad way to focus on profit. Left us with a BAD impression.

The location to broadway was perfect. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to the main spots on Broadway. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. Loved that they had a steamer for your clothes. It was a plus. We also got to use the gym which was excellent since most of the hotels I've been to lacked in equipment. The staff was really friendly and helpful especially since my friend I was traveling with got there way earlier than I did. She was able to get early check in no problem. Can't wait to come back to Nashville and stay here again!

Wow! Honestly our stay was incredible from the moment we walked in!! We stayed here after a Preds game so we arrived late. We were greeted by the nicest, warmest welcome from the front desk gentleman Waleed! I honestly couldn’t say enough great things about him! Extremely informative and just a very kind man. It was also my fiancés birthday,… I reached out to the hotel after booking to see if they could do something no special for him and they left us a bottle of house Chardonnay and two glasses in our room waiting for us! Top notch!! Lovely Live music was playing so we decided to grab a glass of wine to enjoy while listening. It was delicious and a perfect way to end our night. The interior design is exceptional!! I couldn’t stop taking photos because it was so rich and aesthetically pleasing! Just beautifully done! Our room was a king size corner room with an incredible view!! The room was extremely clean and beautifully decored as well! Very high end finishes!!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE which made everything perfect!! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be staying here again!!

The pool/bar area was small for the size of the hotel. I get we came during a busy time but was hard to utilize the area because it was packed. They should have a designated smoking area for guests, as many people smoke especially while drinking. We had to go out front all the way downstairs while the bar is on the 5th floor. I mean people had animals even cats and I'm highly allergic to them! So it seems they can accommodate for animals but not guests who smoke?! Overall we had a great time!

most aspects of the hotel were exceptional. loved the location, decor, the front desk staff was great.

the wi-fi was not good consistently. tv would go off and on. laptop same. the valet parking was overall good, had some mix ups at times. consider giving a valet card to help with getting car brought up. I have a phone that would not load the code and had to go thru extra steps to get my car brought up. the staff was great and did help me. perhaps a pedestrian map for those walking.

Immediately upon arrival the bell hop / car attendants were extremely welcoming and helpful! Helped us with our luggage to our room with out making us move a thing! And held friendly convo the entire way up over our occasion for being in town! We were two barbz coming to see Nicki Minaj and to also go out on Broadway with out having to worry about Ubers or dd. We walked everywhere!

The only thing we did not like was not knowing how to walk into the hotel from the parking garage. We ended up walking all the way around and around and down the ramp back to the front door. I also don’t agree with having to pay almost 50 dollars a night to park your car at a hotel you are paying to stay at. 50 dollars for a flat rate for the entire stay I wouldn’t mind as much. But thankfully we were only staying for two nights. Other wise I woulda probably canceled our reservation and found somewhere with free parking. The most annoying part was being woke up to vacuum’s at 8am. I wake up early for work everyday and was looking forward to sleeping in. But the constant vacuuming prevented me from falling back asleep.

The beds were very comfortable. Felt safe & Clean. Had everything we needed available. They were very helpful with questions! Would stay here again for our next stay in Nashville

Probably my fault but thought the parking garage behind tempo was actually part of it and paid $60 to park when we could have had valet for that.

Location to Broadway was excellent which was main reason of visiting Nashville. Hotel just off main strip so quiet.

Cleaning, tidying, making up of room during our stay was a bit random. One of the bar staff was miserable, did her job well but made you feel that she was doing you a favour.

We went to have breakfast twice and found the breakfast hot, fresh. and very filling.

The one thing I didnt care for no locks on the bathroom door and it felt strange not to have a dresser in the room.

Amazing hotel and the upgraded us to a suite for my special birthday. Lovely rooms. Room service food was delicious too
