Absolutely beautiful, very clean. Everyone so super polite. Indoor pool had a lot of chemicals in it but I do understand that is for cleanliness for many people use it and it is open 24/7 which was super nice for the momma to be able to relax after a long day with the kids. The outdoor pool was still open and the lazy river which was nice! One day the outdoor pool was a little cool which was to be expected the night before was cool. My kids loved their stay, my mother did and my husband! The pull out bed was good nothing unusual for a pullout couch bed. My kids actually slept in while we stayed there. The breakfast was GREAT and having coffee 24/7 was nice too for this momma. If we didn’t like dealing with people in the hot tub for wanted some privacy we just went to ours in the room which was super nice the kids also enjoyed that as well. I can’t think of anything bad this was my first time there, and I do believe we will be staying there every time we go that way!! I’ll admit I was kinda worried from some of the comments and I’m not saying those people maybe did have a bad one time but some of them I feel like if you gave them gold and diamonds they would say something wrong about it and not like it. There was a member around breakfast she was sooo sweet to my boys, she thought one was a girl at first but then corrected herself right away, but I told her not to worry people do it all the time for he looks like a lil girl with his hair! But, we carried a nice conversation afterwards, and she waved if she seen us outside our room. The maid was super super sweet as well. I’m a coffee person and she had no issues in the room giving me extra coffee for the room, and a big trash bag so I could clean up after my kids, and everything to take the trash out. I LOVED it here. Wish we could had stayed longer but funds ran short from the hurricane. But like I said we will be back!!!

There wasn’t anything I did not like!

From the moment we arrived, Roxanne at the front desk made us feel welcome—she was so kind and helpful. The complimentary fresh coffee and apple cider in the lobby were such a nice touch and added to the cozy atmosphere. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious with a lovely balcony. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, and the room included a good-sized fridge, which was very convenient. Breakfast was standard for a hotel, but the selection was great and everything was fresh. We also really appreciated how immaculate the lobby and hallways were—it smelled clean the entire time we were there, which speaks volumes about their upkeep.

No complaints--the room could use a little refurbishment but it was clean

The pool and lazy river was nice. There was plenty of food available for breakfast and the hostess kept everything stocked. 24/7 coffee and cider was also nice touch.

We reserved a king suite through booking.com and found out upon arrival there were no king rooms available and that booking.com should not have accepted our reservation for a king. We were provided a double queen. We also reserved a mountain view which we did not get due to above. Booking.com missed the mark on this reservation.

The property was beautiful and was a wonderful surprise to arrive to! We enjoyed the indoor pool & hot tub, but were a little bummed the outdoor pool & lazy river was closed already ... especially since the chlorine inside started to get to our eyes after awhile. Still, the indoor pool & hot tub were nice and we enjoyed them while we could. The location was wonderful, just a bit off the highway with plenty of dining and things to do nearby. The hotel has a river right behind it and is a pretty location. Next time I would request a room with a river view since I believe all rooms have balconies. The lobby and inside was beautiful and well-kept. We spent a little time walking around just to admire it all. The breakfast had a great selection and was really good. We all enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and my son enjoyed the waffle station with toppings.

The staff could've been a little more attentive upon check-in. I don't appreciate walking in to find staff with their ear buds in and them only removing one to talk with us. They're being paid to WORK and greet customers, not chat on their phone, listen to music or watch YouTube videos. I'd even be more understanding if it were late-night and things were slow, but it was maybe 6pm when we arrived.

Easy to find. The outdoor pool and lazy river were very nice. It was very quiet and relaxing. Our room was very close to the pool entrance and was still very quiet. The room was a good size. The hotel reminds you of a plantation mansion and was very pretty. Beds were very comfortable.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bathroom did not have a fan. More fresh fruit would have been nice for breakfast.

Liked having a private balcony. Coffee and hot apple cider were available 24hours. The staff was always friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing with many different options. The breakfast staff always greeted everyone and made sure they had everything they needed.

During our 5 day stay there was a night that we lost power 2-3 different times for a good 20 minutes each time. During that outage it ruined my phone charger so we had to go out and unexpectedly buy a new one. The beds were extremely soft which in turn ended up having back pains.

Ease of access off the parkway! Not too far from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The Lazy “river” pool was AMAZING! I just floated around on a tube and read my book! My family really enjoyed it as well! The staff were amazing! They always acknowledged us and were very pleasant!

The garbage dumpster right outside one of the entrances/exits. The smell was so bad it made my whole car stink..but once the garbage truck came and took it away it was better.

We have stayed in numerous hotels throughout the Smoky Mountains. This has by far been one of our favorites to date. The lobby was beautiful and inviting. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. The room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. The location was great, easy in and easy out. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!!!

The parking lot was full, and trucks would park in front, taking up multiple spaces. There definitely needs to be enforced designated truck parking.

LOVED the lazy river. Having an inside and outside pool was also great, made it so it wouldn't be so crowded. Breakfast options were excellent and loved that it ended at 10 and not earlier like some other places. Could've been a little cooler in there as it was crowded but we managed.

Parking was an issue. Not enough spaces. Had to do several round abouts hoping someone would leave, but that would make them have the issue on their way back as well.

Very clean hotel, very friendly, courteous and professional staff. Breakfast area was kept clean, all food filled and plenty of coffee. I also liked the hotel being away from all of the attractions and traffic.

One issue was with the reception on the tv. Didn’t report bc we were out more than in. Most channels were not clear, very fuzzy.
