My husband and I live in Amarillo, this is our 2nd time staying at this Inn, just for a little getaway from our 3 kids, the indoor pool is amazing because you don't have to worry about the weather, and our kids loved it, we also loved the low price of the room with Jacuzzi tub, I was expecting to pay at least $250 for 2 nights but when I seen the price so low, I was SHOCKED!! The check-in process was very simple, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. Never be afraid to ask them anything. I know it says 2 stars, but let me tell you, this place was CLEAN!! Like I've said before, we've stayed at this Inn twice now, and I'm sure it's not going to be the last!!

Wow! Great check in and some recommendations for local foods. cookies and huge lemon water cooler in elevator area was a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable. So comfortable in fact that I decided to sleep in rather than rush off to Albuquerque as I had planned. The pool and monster jacuzzi tub were great and clean too!... And the breakfast was really good too! Real food finally. All good here and the young lady at check in, I believe her name was Angela but not certain, was like a breath of fresh air.

The room was huge, the bed was very big and very comfortable, as well as the pillows. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing! For sure, we would return here next time we go to Amarillo. 100% recommended!

Everything was perfect (the shower mechanism was difficult to understand and we had to ask the reception staff to now how to use it, hahaha, but everything was fine).

The manager on duty was very nice . I had made a mistake when I booked the room, needed a 2 beds room and had accidentally booked a king. He changed it for me immediately. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were of good quality.

The front desk staffer was extremely polite and even upgraded my room to a king suite. Facilities were very clean and tidy.

The bathroom toilet was too low to the floor for anyone with knee issues. It seemed a toilet for toddlers. First use gave me quite a surprise.

Not much to complain about other than then the beds being hard as a rock, staff was great, rooms and facility was clean, breakfast area was clean and always filled. Biscuits and gravy were good. Everything was good except the bed.

Breakfast location is great. The coffee was great. Morning desk staff great! Easy access to interstate. Well maintained outside of building.

The eggs and potatoes were undercooked. Eggs awfully runny. I threw them and the potatoes away. Bread seemed stale, threw it away. Had juice and coffee... coffee was good! The bathroom in our room stinks like old drainage or old leaking. Carpets terribly worn.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and happy to assist as we checked in and out.

There was no hair dryer in the room. I used to work at a different hotel and we were i stalling the same shampoo/conditioner dispensers like here. Personally, I prefer the individual ones.

How the staff was so helpful

How booking .com was not helpful. After confirming my reservation, and sending a receipt booking.com sent a virtual credit card that was expired. I had to call Hong Kong and then they put me on hold, then hung up on me. I am done with booking.com. I moved to choice hotels.

Breakfast was great ahd had a nice variety of food to choose from. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. I also liked the cookies and lemon water as we checked in.
