Your night manager Trevor is a excellent employee he helped us when we arrived we had issues with the reservation due to my misunderstanding and he explained everything to us and then helped us book our room for our stay he is just awesome very friendly greeted us everytime we came back to our room and he became like family so he's a keeper ❤ Laura is also an excellent employee she explained everything to me when we wanted to stay an extra night and we did stay the extra night and she took care of our reservation very quick and very nice we enjoyed speaking with her everytime we would see her she is also a keeper ❤ then today August 9 a employee called to inform us we left behind two boxes that we forgot about and she said my daughter n law would be able to go pick them up tomorrow morning 08/10 we are so appreciative for your employees and how great they made us feel during our stay at your comfort inn and then calling us to let us know we forgot our items so we will surely stay at your inn again and again the name fits it perfectly COMFORT INN thank you so much for everything and everyone keep up the amazing work!!!

On day 1, we opted to leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. On day 2, as we were leaving, we removed the sign to receive turndown service and did not receive it. We went down to ask for some more towels and were questioned as to why we needed them and was told the were switched out every morning when they were not. Aside from this, great stay.

By the time we got to Katy, I was ready for a hot bath and a cold room. Both were more than expected!! Lovely room. Quiet. Enjoyable.

The layout of the breakfast made it difficult to get what you wanted without people cutting in front of you. There were a number of guests eating that morning, and staff getting breakfast just added to the confusion.

Lovely room with lots of space. Bathroom was also spacious and well stocked. Everything was clean and modern.

My only complaint was that the bed had the smallest pillows I have ever seen as in extremely short. About half the length of a standard pillow. I would much prefer normal size pillows.

I loved everything about the room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We actually was walking distance to everybody favorite store walmart and had different eating places

To be honest, it wasn't anything I didn't like. I will definitely be back! It was one thing I didn't like the iron to stop working, I went to get another one, and that wasn't working at all, but other than that, everything was good

I love how clean and cold the room was. You do not feel ANY humidity from the outside! Cozy room. Great space! Wonderful for families!

Only negative was the card entry. It for some reason didn't work when I came back to enter my hotel. I checked in. Then went and met up with family. That night the card did not work. I kept it away from other cards and it still didn't work.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and hard working. Employees were continually cleaning, greeting, restocking, and providing excellent guest services.

Portions of the room were somewhat dated. Bathroom door would stick and carpet was a pattern and color that made it look dingy. But i do believe it was clean.

Family friendly & price affordable.

Need more front staff for check in. Also the sheets should be changed and not use them if there stained. On my last day I needed a few more hours I was willing to pay but the manager told me they were fully booked. :(

Good sized rooms with nice amenities including a microwave and a good mini fridge. There was nice closet space and it felty homey.

The chair in the room had a side panel pulled slightly out with nails exposed. The breakfast was poor with what appeared to be powdered eggs that weren't very tasty. The best part was coffee and waffles.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, COULD USE SOME REAL EGGS THOUGH INSTEAD OF POWDERED ONES, AND MAYBE MORE VARIETY OF DRINKS. ASIDE FROM THAT IT WAS GREAT

THE STAFF WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS EXCELLET, HOWEVER THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAS THERE ON SATURDAY (2/24/24) WASN'T FRIENDLY AT ALL AND DIDN'T GREET ANYONE THAT WOULD WALK IN OR AS SHE CHECKED THEM IN.
