Breakfast is good.everything is good except drinking water.I reserved my booking from booking.com I want more 4 weeks reservation I told them by hotel manager refused to extend my reservation on same rate.so I moved cross the street super 8.I saved 4 hundred dollars.which was not worth their.It’s better to give them offers as he got on line.I am senior citizen my stay was more than one month.I feel bad when I left hotel.when I booked I was thinking maybe property is not good after stay I will request for extend otherwise I could do it for month.

We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson for one night, and we had a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, making it well worth the money. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition of our room. I checked the room meticulously, and it was spotless. This attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a restful night. The breakfast provided was also very good, offering a nice variety of options to start our day. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to the overall pleasant stay. In summary, our experience at the Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson was excellent. The cleanliness, quiet environment, good breakfast, and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff are courteous, polite and very friendly. Sai P checked us in and out We saw Manisha every morning at breakfast. Always smiling and friendly; she keeps the breakfast area spotlessly clean and well stocked.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a standard king room, 213. The room was large, very clean, and SO quiet – no sound at all from any surrounding rooms, which is very important to me. (However, the sound of the freeway is ever present.) The location is walkable from the Downtown Plano DART train station.

The breakfast was very “continental”, that is, very little. No eggs at all, not even hard boiled. Just a couple sugary cereals, some packets of oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, some small yogurts, and white bread and wheat bread for toast. I walked to Denny’s .3 mile away one morning, but it’s along a busy road with stretches without any sidewalks. There’s a McDonald’s .2 mile away. There are other nicer restaurants a bit further away, a half mile or more but still walkable. The location is pretty grim – right near a busy freeway, lots of vacant lots, stretches of streets with no sidewalks. The sound of the freeway is every-present in the room.

Modern and very clean. Good location for me to work my territory from. Quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was nice with ample selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily room service is available if needed. A good value for my business travel. Close to downtown Plano where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

For the price it is good, and the customer service is really good. The front desk staff was really helpful.

Soon you entered the room, we had some sort of sanitizer very strong smell, which we find out due to the cleaning staff. As they locked the room right after cleaning without letting the fresh air come on in.

The breakfast was amazing! Such a great selection and the facilites are very clean. We would stay here again.

This was not our 1st stay, this place doesn’t disappoint!!!! Super clean, easy to get to!! Will most definitely stay here again, highly recommend
