Excellent location with numerous fast food & restaurants, grocery stores, Pharmacies, proximity to walking trails

The unit above has a terrible squeaky floor & while they weren’t making excessive noise, every step taken sounded like the ceiling would collapse. Guests were up late & arose at 3:30-4:00am which woke us up out of a sound sleep every day! Guests in 202 with 6 kids & 2 adults were utterly horrible; allowing the 6 kids to run up & down hallways SCREAMING! Extremely rude & annoying behavior

They were very clean and neat, hot breakfast and the place is close by a big shopping center. We had a good period of times staying there. I would definitely go back there again. I loved it but with few exceptions.

I didn’t like the camera right by my door entrance and there was a sensor in my room that tells when the door is open. I can understand that it’s for security purposes but I didn’t like that sensor, but the camera was manageable.

The breakfast was adequate and plentiful. Coffee was not the best. The location was great, really easy to get off and on the 405 freeway. Gas station, restaurants, and shopping were located nearby. The room was ok, bed and pillow assortment ok, and very quiet at night. Free parking and wi-fi too.

The upper floor has a faint odor of sewage, but they also had copious air freshener wafting in the hallways that almost masked the odor. My bathroom sink was slow draining so I used a “camping technique” to brush my teeth with! I reported the slow sink drain to the hotel stay at checkout. I did not report it earlier because the hotel was full, and I did not want a repair person in my room when I was away.

Convenient location for us and our local travels. The room bedding was to die for! The absolute most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. According to the young lady at the front desk all of it was as replaced about 6 months ago. She didn’t know the brand of beds, toppings and pillows, but wherever they got them they are out of this world! No way did I want to get out of bed! Awesome!

No issues

Just stopped in for a few hours sleep while on the road. The room was convenient to the parking, and the gentleman on the front desk was very courteous and helpful despite the customer before me having an attitude. The room was excellently clean and the bed was comfortable.

The parking lot is very hilly and hard to navigate, but given the location I don't think they can do much about that.

The location is nice for connecting with family and out-and-about areas to check out such as restaurants and the Juanita beach area not too far. The tub is roomy to enjoy a bath or shower. The microwave and fridge are very helpful for our needs.

The room floor squeaks but is reasonable for the building's age. The toilet is low and so easy for kids to use but might be great for a position of what I heard to squat and have ease to go to the restroom, very interesting. hehehehe

Easy to access, minimal noise, clean and comfortable beds.

We spent four days and even though we asked, our room wasn’t cleaned. Our garbages were overflowing and we ran out of toilet paper. After four days, our room should’ve been cleaned.

Clean & Comfortable. They also have a nice grass area by pool to relax. Staff is courteous & clean. It was better than some of the Motel 6's I've stayed in recently while traveling.

There is quite a bit of traffic noise due to the area. Fairly quiet in room.

Seemed hard to get eggs out and ready. Waffles good but ran out near end of morning meal. Beds made nicely. The room needed maintenance. Ice water at front was good with lemons. Entryway was nice but a little cold. Fireplace cool.

Breakfast is excellent, location is good

The bed is a little too soft which sink a little too deep and the toilet flashing is not properly secured, we had to re-hook the chain a few times which is okay to us because we are once technician working in the industries. Pulling down of shower tap cap can cause our finger to get burn if not careful.
