The breakfast was really good. The staff was pretty knowledgeable about the area and offered a variety of ideas for things to do while waiting for our cruise. It's really nice that the hotel has a shuttle and takes you around.

The.only issue we had was when trying to check in, the card readers were down ( so security had to let you in your room until they could make door keys for everyone when the system finally came up) The staff worked really hard, but I truly felt bad for them. When trying to get assistance from a tech...the tech was not the friendliest to this already stressed young lady. She handled it well though. Maybe go through a different tech company or ask that they retrain or monitor their employees occasionally. So their technical support team (that particular night) was my only dislike.

Great bed - comfortable. Suite was nice & large. Room location was nice - 5th floor very quite. Breakfast was very good & had alot of selections.

Unfortunately the night manager was not able to get us a blanket. She didn't know how to get in the storeroom or who to call to get info. So my husband had to sleep without a blanket which he needs because of a medical condition. Next morning, we just asked the housekeeper on our floor for a blanket & she gave it to us immediately. The night manager needs to be trained properly.

Sarah made us   feel at the home from a long journey from the Philippines.  Taking care of little details such a providing extra towels, a USB charger-simple things but essential to make this day smooth and hassle free. I will highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express the next time I come over.  Your staff is very commendable, Another lady also helped us with safekeeping our 12 luggages. Thanks

This place has an excellent breakfast very nice facilities, fabulous bedding, Everything is great except for 2 things: . The beautiful shower does Not have strong water pressure And the clothes dryers have to go longer than one hour to get your clothes Tip if you like To do laundry on vacation like me: First choose your settings for the washing machine and then pay for it in the app because it's going to default to cold

Well, like I just said, the clothes dryers take too long And The water pressure is not strong. In addition, breakfast is a madhouse they need to get some more help because they ran out of coffee ran out of Creamer. I felt bad for the people. I guess they are understaffed. Great breakfast, though

Good location close to the airport, shittle service, clean rooms.

I travel a lot and book my hotels through booking. Unlike any other hotel they refused to print me a receipt when checking out, although I need this for our accounting. They assured me that booking.com would send me a receipt, which is obviously never the case. I like the hotel, but regret this lack of customer service and did not appreciate the sort of arrogant attitude when sending me away from the front desk, as if I was an irritating customer asking for something unusual…

Breakfast was very good. the girls were very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was lost by the airport and did not arrive until after the cruise ship left the port. The staff so took care of our luggage until we returned today. It meant the world to us that we knew it was safe. Kudos to all of you. Will recommend your hotel to others and return there when we come to Seattle again.

Great breakfast buffet. The desk clerk could see how weary we were from traveling and gave us a very quiet room.

We arrived after 8 pm and finding some food was difficult. Dining room was closed, of course, and no nearby restaurants. Clerk was helpful with take away options.

We booked online an hour before we arrived because our flight was cancelled. When we got to the hotel, she said they didn't have the rooms we booked. But she moved things around and gave us the comparable rooms. She was very pleasant and compassionate.

nothing, i would double check w housekeeping since we found items of previous guests under couches and in our closet, but nothing too crazy was found so this didn't disturb me.

The quality of service provided and service with a smile from all we came in contact with. Every one went the extra mile to make sure each party member was special to them: from housekeeping in supplying extra towels to culinary in answering questions about the availability of certain food items. My entire group loved the experience.

Well this possibly a moot point. But wheelchairs for the elderly or informed. An example is my granddaughter was injured on the slopes in Snoqualmie: which by the way was awesome. After a visit to StAnne hospital and upon returning to the hotel we had to use the room chair as a makeshift wheel chair. I know that may seem petty. But you asked.
