The King room with the sleeper sofa was large and well laid out. The Bathroom was great with a handy dressing area outside the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. The hot breakfast was good and there was a good variety. The dining area was also nice.

Parking is very expensive and is taxed as well! The bed was okay but a bit firm for my taste. Parking at any downtown hotel is going to be an issue, of course, but $45 PLUS another $10+ in taxes PER night seemed a bit steep.

Room was large and very clean. Very good shower...liked had a microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator. Beds were clean and comfortable. Like having a thermostat in the room... EXCELLENT breakfast...great coffee...stayed two nights, each breakfast was a little different which was good. Large dining area...can get a bit crowded though after 8am. Our departure plane was to leave after 5pm. We spoke to a Roberto at front desk asking if we could keep our luggage there a few hours after check in so we could see some of the city with several hours to kill. He went above and beyond...extended our check out time to 2pm! A great help...and we REALLY appreciated what Roberto and Marriot did for us!

Two nights in a row about 4:30am....rather loud noises from I assume a garbage truck picking up at location, lot of banging noises,...Not a deal breaker and not Marriot's fault...but if you are the type who finds it difficult to get back to sleep in the middle of the night...this was the only negative on this hotel AND, perhaps I assume others in this general location.

Close and easy access to the convention centre. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and the small “kitchen” included useful dishes and utensils. Fitness area was convenient and open 24 hours.

Even though there are many excellent features, the room is a small studio layout - the two beds, couch, table and cooking area are all in the same room so privacy is lacking if sharing the space. This isn’t clear from the pictures, so I mention it for others to be aware. The pullout couch is very old and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Staff was great, kitchen suite was nice to have especially ice maker. Breakfast included was nice to have. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant on site was nice to have.

Noisy AC, breakfast was same each 3 days, not a lot of variety, extra cost for parking was a bummer after paying the cost for the stay. The price of food in the restaurant was a little high. The bar and restaurant closed too early. The bed was not very soft and comfy. Internet was not secure.

Nice room and good quality clean hotel in a handy location for a good price

Housekeeping was limited - one 'refresh' visit in 6 days that merely changed the towels and took away the trash, with no cleaning. Also, amenities had not been topped up to cater for the length of stay. That said, they were quick and happy to respond to calls for missing items. The back of the hotel had large-scale trash removal/organisation that was very noisy from 3-5 am each weeknight. Breakfast was low quality and a bit of a zoo. But, it was free for everyone staying. We ate in the room, which had a nice kitchen.

The price I was quoted 1226.22 after taxes when booking was not the price I ended up paying1458.90. Each day was a different price rate. The hotel staff excuse they gave was they had to charge a higher price each day over the weekend because they got busier for the weekend. I expect to pay the price I was quoted when I reserved the room. I was lucky to have a little bit of extra saved up but that was quite the shocker when you already planned for a certain amount.

My coworkers and I received excellent guest service support from Darion! We booked 5 rooms and required early check in before noon and he managed to find us all 5 rooms to check in after a long 15 hour flight to Seattle. We were all tired and wanted freshening up. Appreciate his quick thinking, and taking the initiative and attention to detail! Thank you, Darion!

Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and actively refilled. The front desk staff was courteous and VERY helpful in arranging transportation and referring activities. They were fantastic. Everything was clean and vacuumed, including the elevators. And, the bed was super comfy. I will definitely recommend and visit again.

Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.

We were in town 10 days for knee surgery. The location was excellent very close to the hospital. The room was spacious which was a big plus since we had to stay in the room most of the time. Breakfast was excellent even when we went down at the last minute they had plenty of fresh food out. The staff was wonderful, especially Roberta at the front desk. She made us feel like we were special guest in her home.

The gal that checked me in (I didn't catch her name) and the gal, Roberta who checked me out were both fantastic! The gal who checked me in made me feel very important and seen. The breakfast was wonderful too! My husband is very picky about food, breakfast especially. He was impressed. Thank you!

The furnace was a little noisy but I will just bring a sound machine next time.
