The staff was amazing! They were always happy to help and were always working hard. they were pleasant, kind and seemed to enjoy their job. The breakfast was very good! Lots of options. the manager helped us by giving us a battery we needed! the maintenance came right away and changed our refrigerator that didn’t work. So many things that made the stay enjoyable.

The door on our bathroom was a barn door. so it didn’t couldn’t lock or close tightly. the hardware stuck out longer than the wall. the air conditioner lot fan ran all night and was loud.

We enjoyed all complimentary soaps and towels. My friend enjoyed the fact that there was a makeup towel speficially! Plenty of towels and the beds were comfy. There were plenty outlets around the room which was nice to see. The staff were great, super easy in and out! Breakfast was included too which was a big plus! I would book again

Some things that weren't a big issue, but some things we wished were different were the size of pillows. The ones given were nice, soft, and convenient, but they were a little small. A little thicker blankets would've been nice, so that the room could be cold for one guest but the other can still be warm. Finally, we thought it would've been nice for the outlets if they included a USB-C port because more phones are switching usb to usb. Besides those things, everything was great :)

We arrived on June 26 in the late afternoon. The person at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. Friendly and professional. Nice complimentary breakfast. Although we did not eat at the restaurant, I was glad that there was one with what looked like delicious offerings. Lots of available parking spots. Check out took literally 20 secs.

The water in the dispensers on the floor was not cold and the ice machine on the floor was not working.

The hotel location was exactly what we needed. It was a short walk to the areas of UW-Madison we needed to visit, and a convenient drive to the cities/towns west of the university. Breakfast was fresh, food allergy friendly and contained a variety choices. We would stay here during future trips to Madison.

In addition to a mattress pad, I would've liked to see a bed bug cover. Other than that, the room and hotel met our needs and were very clean. Staff were observed cleaning the common areas throughout the day.

I was so impressed with how welcoming the hotel was, we were in town for a concert. The hotel hosted a pre party, with free hotdogs and macaroni salad, provided bottles of water we could bring to the venue, and had shuttles to and from the venue. Beyond that everyone I interacted with was very kind, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the pool was fun!

Checkin and checkout were super quick and easy. Friendly staff. I didn't use the shuttle but appreciated that it was available. More parking than I expected, and I appreciated that a free parking space was included.

My room didn't have a smoke detector (but by the time I noticed I was already comfy and in bed and figured "eh if I die I die" so I only mentioned it at checkout). I also learned about the second elevator as I was leaving, and it would have been nice to discover sooner. Just little things!

Hot tub. Pool room with room entrance. Absolutely beautiful 😍. The food was great to. Pretty good workout room as well

Everything they have is great, but I'm wondering about extra amenities. Leave a list of places in the area. Delivery option. Or places where you can get hair/nails done. Once I was there, I'd had hours to spend time doing anything. Just sat in my room. But then I went to the pool

I only stayed one night, and it was perfectly fine for my needs. Close to Downtown and the university. I appreciated the free parking. The staff was friendly, as well. The mattress was really comfortable too. The room was nice and clean - always a plus.

I'm not pressed that my hotels have free breakfast, but my mom is. She seemed a little dsappointed; she said it was just ok. Overall, everything else was great!

This hotel was a convenient drive to campus and a short walk to the lakeshore path. Easy 1 mile walk to Camp Randall (we didn't use the bus the hotel offered, but this seemed to have plenty of capacity as well). Comfortable lodging and the hot tub was a plus!

The bathroom door was a heavy slider that could be difficult to close completely.

Breakfast could have had more variety; fresh seasonal fruits, wider selection of meats or other protein sources.

Found out that I could've had a discount for being a UW Health Carbone Center patient, but staff wouldn't do it for me since I made the reservation through Booking.com. I thought it was unfair, considering how much I paid for one night. Drinks and food quite expensive.
