OMG, You made me eggs for breakfast ! So unexpected and when I say this separated you from every single other place I’ve stayed in the last few years, it bumped you up from a 7or 8 rating (the best rating I’d give any modest hotel), you got a ten out of me! Add real potatoes to that breakfast (mashed or home fried) I’d think I had been admitted to heaven. You had everything I expected; a comfortable mattress, nice linens, you gave me a full size fridge and kitchenette … yeah I will remember your name and I will look for one of your hotels next time I’m looking for a hotel . A fresh made breakfast was so unexpected … thank you.

location; right off the freeway; physical layout, cleanliness of room; pets allowed the breadth of breakfast foods available including having 3 unique options made for guests that preferred that to q separate option

the absence of pet waste management stations; I ended up picking up 4 separate piles of canine feces left by other guests. the amount of cigararette butts tossed out in the grass and all over the parking lot. Sadly too many people have NO regard for or accountability for what they toss oss their window, etc. That factor alone gave me a bad impression as I walked up to check in and every time I took my dog outside

nice hot bfast - that is a welcoming service. friendly staff clean of course.

We stayed in room 140 - the bath tube is very slippery when it gets wet. My mother 75yrs old fell in the tube during our stay - the no slip matt provided is too small in size to cover the tub. Luckily she was not hurt too bad - but next fall someone else the situation might get nasty. Potentially expose the hotel to law suite -- add some no slip grip strips in the tub and or provide a larger matt. I see marks of what might be non slip strips that once existed but removed and not replaced.

The price was very reasonable. Loved the extra space our room had. The room was very clean. Loved the huge tub in the bathroom. The water pressure was amazing. The best part was the made to order breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was amazing. Very quiet hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. My husband and I will stay there again. This hotel is also in a great location. Shopping and great eating places nearby to try out.

I don't have anything negative to say about my hotel stay.

Excellent breakfast. The fridge was not working when we got there a couple of hours later, we were moved to another room. The girl in charge was extremely nice and kind. Also, despite being right next to the highway, it was very quiet. The mall is walking distance. The neighborhood is safe. Transportation to the UW campus is a couple of blocks away.

We rented a room with a kitchenette, which is not equipped at all. you actually have to ask for utensils at the front desk, and apart from a skillet a cooking pot, that was it. It was very hard to cook there (necessary for a longer stay).

Basic hotel right off a highway but we booked for a place to stay after packing up our son and daughter-in-law's apartment so we weren't looking for luxury. Parking was great and free and accomodated a U-haul. Rooms were big and clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The biggest bonus is a complimentary HOT BREAKFAST that was awesome. A gem for it's price and location!!

It's a really nice hotel in a location I normally wouldn't stay but for the parking and price it was perfect so really no negatives.

Very nice guy at reception to check us in & check us out Newly renovated inside but the outside is on the process so it's not so appealing but I'm sure it'll look good when done. Roomy for a 2 Queen bed, nice & clean. Breakfast was awesome. The hot meal is cooked as you order. And there are other choices too.

Ice maker could have been centrally located to rooms.

The facilities were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. The made to order daily breakfast was a very nice touch. It is a limited menu but so much better that those buffets at most other hotels. You are minutes from shopping and several good options for dining. Our little kitchenette suite was great! Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7.

I am very happy with my two-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good; they even made my breakfast to order! The staff at the breakfast area was efficient and polite. I would like to say a special Thank You to the night receptionist Roxanne who really made my stay. I arrived late (around 11:00PM) and expected to see an unhappy and reluctant receptionist. To my great surprise and pleasure, Roxanne extended a warm welcome to me and was very accommodating and helpful. Recommend this hotel.

Shuttle service? There was no shuttle available, even though I saw one parked in the lot.

Even though room was ready when I inquired at 11 am on day of check in was told I had to wait until 1 pm to check in or be charged $30. Had an all day event to get to so had to check in when I got back that night. Seems like a ridiculous policy if room is ready for a early check in.
