We’ve been coming to Pietracap for many years and it has always been a calming and restful experience, improved now with an update and the addition of a restaurant serving food at the poolside. Always peaceful, the beautiful gardens help make this a special and relaxing place. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The staff, especially at the pool, are great. Brilliant buffet breakfast, well worth the 20 euros.

The pool can be overcrowded and difficult to find free beds. It felt like a crèche at times, many very young children and all the trappings that come with them…

Beautiful and refreshing pool, lovely grounds, very good restaurant, exceptionally clean. We loved staying here for three days and wished we could have stayed for another day. Spacious room was well equipped with a small refrigerator and a balcony with a table and chairs. The front desk put out cookies and lemon water. They had a charger for our electric car!

It was up a steep, winding road without sidewalks so not great for walking. Breakfast was very good and plentiful but expensive. I would prefer a Continental breakfast option for a lower price.

The hotel is beautiful in a wonderful location, but for me a car was really necessary. The welcome and helpfulness of reception staff outstanding. I'm so sorry not to leave a tip for the young lady who helped me with my luggage, but had run out of liquid cash. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and excellent. The restaurant food and the staff who run it are again outstanding. The pool area is great and views are excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

If the weather is bad the lack of a lounge is inconvenient but the quality of the room makes up for that. For me, with limited mobility, the situation of the hotel would have been difficult without s car. However, viewing the location on Google Maps you can see that one was necessary for me.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. All of the staff were lovely and always happy to help with a smile. Our room was upgraded on arrival to a junior suite with a sea view and what a fabulous room it was. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and with lots of light from the huge windows opening onto a generous balcony. The continental style breakfast buffet was excellent. The garden and pool were well maintained, quiet and beautiful. An additional nice touch was the water fountain in adjacent to reception making still / sparkling water available 24/7.

If we were being very picky, the dinner menu was a little limited. The hotel could also benefit from a bar.

The property has an absolutely fantastic pool, And is very well located, if you have a car. The facilities are lovely. The room is very comfortable, and we had a lovely balcony that overlooked the sea. The breakfast was very nice. The provision of free flowing sparkling water is really fantastic, particularly when it’s hot.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, however the welcome could be really improved by an introduction to the area, provision of a map, and outlining all of the available options. An example is the fact that a very short stroll down the road and through a small laneway is a beach, a lovely patisserie, and a small, supermarket which is really helpful. I think the state would’ve been really improved if the staff helped out with tourism advice, which would be really beneficial. The room was not cleaned on one of the four nights, because of an overlook by the cleaning staff, which was unfortunate.

Modern hotel in a quiet location with relaxing atmosphere,great swimming pool area and outside seating area,beautiful surroundings,spacious room with a nice view overlooking swimming pool and gardens,barbecue was very tasty.

The breakfast was a bit poor and overpriced,the worst thing was uncooked baguette and the toaster bread was stale like it was in the basket for a week,if you go to have breakfast after 9pm there would be no food left,just crumbles and no clean tables to sit down,only one waitress who is extremely busy and can’t manage it all.

We had a charming short stay near the end of April in Pietracap Hotel - it was extremely quiet at that time. I feel as though everything in the hotel is purposefully designed for the comfort of the guests, from the simple but pleasant room, to the lovely pool area and garden, and even the tap with sparkling water near the lobby. There is nothing particularly fancy about these things, but everything is just right and done in very good taste. I would love to visit again and spend a few days in this tranquil space! Get the sea view room if you can!

Would have been good to have had a written list of hotel services to use during our stay. Although we were verbally given some information on arrival I was not aware til we left this morning that the hotel had access to a beach.

Very comfortable room. Excellent service particularly at the réception. We had lovely dinner at the restaurant in their gorgeous garden. Location is fine if you have a car. Very near Bastia and an easy drive to the beaches in the other direction. I would book to stay here again

The hotel is excellent. The room was big, clean, new, and beautiful, and it had a big balcony with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with the pool and flowers. The garden and the pool are big, so I was able to relax and enjoy the beauty of trees and flowers. The big terrace with comfortable sofas and deckchairs next to the pool enables great relaxation. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Everything was fantastic and the whole experience was amazing. I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to others.
