This hotel is actually very nice, photos don't do it justice. It is freshly renovated and well maintained. Staff were super welcoming, helpful and friendly, very comfortable large bed. We had ordered food from restaurant, which I had to pick up, but it was no issue, everything was freshly cooked and tasty. We only stayed 1 night, before boarding a ferry early in the morning, but would stay again, it was very nice surprise to be in such a nice, modern, clean and welcoming hotel, especially with our dog. There is limited secure parking, which we were able to pre book and it is much appreciated for those who travel with lots of stuff in the car.

We had a problem with a noise unfortunately, there was couple of hours of floor scraping and some other excessive noise. We called reception and they apologised. Not sure what happened, but nothing that ear plugs didn't fix.

This was our second stay at the hotel as we returned to Bastia to catch the ferry after exploring Corsica. It’s a great, clean, and friendly hotel with modern rooms that include tea and coffee facilities. The walk downhill to town took about 10 minutes, and the uphill walk back wasn’t an issue—it actually helped walk off our dinner! Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A reliable choice we’d happily return to again.

The hotel itself is great.

The IT systems of this hotel have been hacked. A few days after our stay we received a scam message via WhatsApp including my name, reservation number and dates. I hope this will be taken seriously! Consider that all data you will give this hotel (including credit card details or passport numbers) may end up in the hands of cybercriminals.

Convenient location of the hotel if you arrived by ferry. 3 minutes drive to the ferry. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts and chic dinners. Checked in very quickly 2 hours early. Garage for a car with an elevator directly to your floor. We had a chic room with a huge terrace and a view of the sea. You can see how large ships arrive. Especially beautiful in the evening. We could watch the sunset. The hotel deserves at least four stars.

Great location, nice breakfast, great rooms

The payment process was an absolute pain. After booking on Booking.com, they sent me a link to follow through the payment which was blocked by all security software. The hotel refused to take payment through booking.com, and claimed that this is standard policy for BW, which is simply not true as I happened to stay in multiple BW hotels and this was not the case with any other of their hotels.

Pleasant spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to leave a small package of clothes until I returned from a multiday hike.

The room was above the outdoor bar seating area and a busy road so had to keep the window closed. If on foot it is a long uphill climb to reach the hotel on the hill, especially in the hot weather

We liked the mini-loggia in the room with table and chairs. We did not eat breakfast there. Recycling bin in the room and the self-service water filling station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kettle The room and shower were nice, all perfectly clean

The restaurant caters very very little choice for a plant-based diet. The french fries we had did not really do me well, I had some unpleasant eructation afterwards. Although the hotel was on low occupancy, they gave us a room to the street what was very noisy. We only realised in the morning, we should have asked.

Modern facility with spacious rooms with little sitting alcove at the front of the building. Friendly staff who helped with all questions and communicated clearly upfront. We also used parking which had EV facility!

It’s 15-20 min walk into town, not an issue but something to realize. The surroundings are mostly offices and older buildings.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western, It is a fine hotel, with a good room with balcony, parking (for a fee) in the basement and great breakfast. Good wifi.

The location is not perfect as it is a walk to town and the balcony overlooking a roundabout. The chairs on the balcony are fixed to the floor so cannot be adjusted which is inconvenient. The a/c remote was difficult to use and I was never convinced that it did what was asked of it.

Modern, clean rooms with everything you need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s about a 15-minute walk into the city centre, which was perfect for us. Breakfast was fresh and tasty — a great start to the day. Would definitely recommend!
